You won't be disappointed.
My second Kizer knife, the first one was a small budget knife. This one... The Drop Bear is one of their flagship knives I do believe. They have a lot of variants, from budget friendly, to mid-range and high-end. This one being part of the mid-range. The finish of the knife is very nice. I love the purple accent of the thumb stud; it makes it stand out from the normal blacked-out type knives. The knife is sharp out of the box, and the action of the lock bar is perfect. The pivot action is smooth as butter and opens extremely easily with a simple flick of the thumbs stud. The pocket clip allows for a deep carry making it almost unnoticeable and is designed so that it slips in and out of the pocket easily. The handle feels really good in the hand, and the jimping on the top of the spine makes for great grip for finger draw cuts or whatever else you may need. Overall, this is a fantastic EDC blade and am very glad I have added it to my collection.

Everything I want in a pocket knife
There is a lot of attention to detail in this production knife. I love the canvas micarta. Just the right grip. The opening action is perfect and super enjoyable. I don't see any flaws in this knife. I take 1 star off though, because full retail price is too high for me. I bought mine during an anniversary sale. I don't feel like 154CM is such a premium steel to where it warrants the high price tag. Maybe because this knife has been so popular, they were able to get a higher price for it.I adjusted the clutch lock by using the extra, stiffer set of springs included and the tension is absolutely perfect for me. I didn't have any locktite, so the pivot screw occasionally loosens a teeny bit. Just keep that in mind. That isn't an issue with the knife, just something you have to deal with when maintaining any pocket knife. The screws did have locktite on them from the factory. You will be hard pressed to find anything wrong with this knife other than the price. If you ever see it on sale, don't hesitate to buy it.

Worth every penny!!!!!
This knife is very high quality and half the price of others that are this high of quality! Made from a premium steel that I have used before it holds an edge that lasts and is easy to sharpen after a lot of use! I highly recommend it!

Pros:1. Great edc blade steel and shape2. Nice, strong, and fidgety lock system3. Smooth action. Easy 1 hand operation4. Adjustable spring tension for the lock mechanism (requires disassembly)5. Comfortable handle shape6. Deep carry clip. Can switch to lefty.7. Nice jimping on the spine of the bladeCons:1. Can be considered a little pricey for what it is. But dont judge a knifes price by it's blade steel.Overall great knife

Fantastic
This knife is fantastic. It falls open and shut giving it some of the smoothest action in my knife collection. The lock mechanism is every bit as good as my Benchmades. I love the blade steel 154CM is among my favorites for daily use. The size is fantastic and the blade fit is perfect. I carry this knife on shift and have for a year. I have had nothing but good experiences with it, I really do recommend this knife for those looking for an EDC.

Simple adjustable crossbar knife wih great materials and quality for the price
Overview, the knife is a simple 154CM Blade with aluminum handles housing an adjustable crossbar to fit the tension to your liking. It's simple to take apart and reconstruct, and I have no complaints about the Ergos, even if they arent great. The thumbstuds feel nice to use, and are an attractive accent to the black finish of the blade and handle. The gimping for the crossbar is also fairly accessible, making it easy and comfortable to use the lock with even just 1 finger. Another great knife from Kizer!

Good, but somewhat pricey for what it is.
Overall, I really like this knife. It came super sharp right out of the box. The action is very nice. And the best part of the action is you can adjust it to your liking. If you like it super fidgety you can set the spring to low mention. If you like it tight so it doesn’t come open by accident, then you can set the spring much tighter. I purchased the version with micarta. I am not a huge fan of micarta, but this is actually pretty nice. The only gripe I have is the price point of this knife. Normally this retails for just over $100 for 154CM steel. To be clear, you can usually find a similar sized knife with. Better steel for around the same price. You can get a Hogue Deka with Magnacut for about $10 more. Or you can get many different knives in S35VN for the same or less. I bought mine on sale, so it wasn’t so bad. But in reality, this should be about a $75 for 154cm with micarta scales.
