Y'all! I am so excited about this review. When I first saw the option for reviewing this Woman's Study Bible, I was amazed at the chance and right away requested it. There are three different covers to this Bible, cloth, hardcover, and imitation leather. I was thrilled when I was chosen to review the imitation letter version (which had been my top choice). When I received the Bible in the mail I was so happy with it that I carried it around showing it to my family.Y'all. Of course it's the Bible, so that makes it special. But, in addition to being God's Word, the other features are put together in such a wonderful way that makes it beautiful, easy to go-through, and a delight to read.My mom ended up asking if she could borrow the Bible for a few days, and of course I was happy to comply. Over the next few days Mom gushed about the Bible multiple times, pointing out various features that she enjoyed. In the end, she happily agreed to review the Study Bible. (YAY!) See her review below.What a beautiful, easy to read, inviting, Woman’s Study Bible!I was intrigued when I opened the box and noticed the beautiful cover. It is the same study Bible I have had for several years, but the newest version. The updates have made using it very pleasant. The use of various colors, some flowered headings, and the slightly larger print made me want to dive into it.I chose the book of Philippians for my first study.Because this is a “woman’s” study Bible, there is an emphasis on finding and explaining about the women of Philippi. For instance, I had not realized that women play a prominent role in Philippians. It has more references to women than possibly any other single book of the Bible. Think of Lydia, the first European convert. The story of Philippi began in Acts with women “meeting on the riverside where prayer is customarily made,” it was led by Lydia.Did you know that Paul’s visit to this city was his first visit to a “western” culture? So the Philippians are our cultural forebears.I loved the section entitled Background Information - In finding out about the city’s origin I learned much to help me understand who the people of Philippi were - Philippi was a Roman colony, and as such had great privileges which made a tremendous social and psychological difference. They were exempt from taxes, could buy and sell freely, and were not under the same local government. These differences may have made Paul place a heavy emphasis on the virtue of humility in this book.While the editorial content seems very similar to the older version of this Bible, the well-done use of color, the quality paper which makes for less shadowing and bleed-through, and the overall pleasing appearance made me desire to jump in and study like never before. I highly recommend this Woman's Study Bible.I give it a rating of 5 of 5.

My girls use this bible for monthly bible study. The information found within are well highlighted with great colors. Red colors to highlight Yeshua's Words! Overview of different stories are also added. It's worth buying at all cost. It is the Word of life. Awesome product!

Walk with the wise and become wise, Proverbs 13:20.The different charts, maps and background information about the books and authors helps me understand so much more about how God so intricately aligns and brings together things. Reading from this Bible is like having Pastor John MacArthur sitting with me and explaining it to me.I would recommend everyone to invest in a good study Bible if you can. You can use it for a reeeeally long time, like really there's so much information. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. Maybe it had something to do with me being a bit lazy and also overwhelmed with where and how to start. But the important thing is that you just START. God has His way of guiding us along the right path.Thank You Jesus!

I’ve always struggled reading the Bible and found it confusing. So I decided to give this one a try. I’ve only had it since yesterday and have learnt so much already. It’s fantastic and so pretty too. Very informative. The print is perfect size too. Just wished I’d seen it sooner. You won’t be disappointed. 5 stars from me

This Bible is absolutely beautiful! The font is so large and easy to read. It is very feminine (the font and layout and colours) and is very inviting. I can't wait to start reading it. I have other Bibles but I wanted this one specifically because it focuses on women and I wanted to find some more positive female role models for myself. It would make such a great gift for a daughter or wife (or other women in your life).Update: I have been using this now for 10 months as my primary Bible. I JUST LOVE IT!!!! It's my favourite Bible. I wanted to share that this Bible also has the most amazing smell!!! For people who love books like I do, this particular book smell is intoxicating. The commentary sections are superbly written and insightful, although in a smaller print so I wish it was a bit larger, but it's just so helpful that I am willing to read it all. The articles and maps and quotes from women dispersed throughout are just beautiful and helpful. I am loving the floral theme! One thing this Bible was missing was tabs so I ordered floral tabs from amazon from another seller and they match this Bible so beautifully! So if I could make this the most ultimate satisfying Bible ever, I would just make the commentary font a bit bigger, would add tabs, and I would have also enjoyed a slightly larger margin to write notes. Overall so happy with this Bible, it's probably the best out there for women!!! If I received this as a young teenager I would have been extremely pleased and influenced in a good way. I would recommend if you have a daughter or niece or sister or mother or girlfriend, please get her this!!!
