How long can this mattress be left in the shipping box before I have to open it?

Storing the item in the compressed state increases the likelihood of decompression issues with the mattress. We would recommend opening the mattress within a week of receiving it. kindest regards

How thick is this mattress, has anyone received the mattress and measured it?

Dear customer There is a sample of our mattress in this video, you can clearly see that the height of the mattress is 25cm（10 inch）. Our mattresses are compressed, rolled and then packaged. It expands quickly after unpacking and will return to its original shape after 72 hours. Therefore, we’d recommend you to wait 72 hours after unpacking, which will help improve the durability and comfort of the mattress. Kind regards.

Is there any weight restrictions on the mattress, as it is for 2 6ft plus people i just want to check the mattress will not be unfit after use

well in response to your question, to be honest as regards to its shelf life , or how long it will remain a good nights sleep etc, only time will tell as this mattress is a first for me also. but up to now all good.......I would however ask the manufacturers regarding weight restrictions for 2 people of any height etc and if any tests have been done on this mattress to prove its worth
