There are a million USB cables out there, and almost all of them will "charge" your devices when plugged in. However, your phone/computer will show as charging regardless of if it gets 1w or 100w. Many cables I've tested are constructed so poorly as to barely charge the devices and generally be more ewaste than useful cable.This is not that cable. It works as advertised, or at least as far as I can get it to go. I've tested it up to 66watts of charging with a MacBook. Realistically the cable is more designed for charging your phone or Airpods, which it also does just perfectly. The 6-in-1 functionality is fantastic because regardless of if you have an iPhone 15 or and iPhone 10... you can charge with this cable. You can also charge all your Android phones (USB-C), including the old ones using MicroUSB. Yes, the "lightning" port does work as a MicroUSB which I tested on a Kindle.Super compact, easy to pocket and carry with you. About the only "complaint" I have with the cable is that it doesn't come in more colors. Red please!

You *MUST* get one of these along with every power bank you buy. The only thing it's missing is a USB Mini, so you'll need to get one of those short USB-C to USB-Mini converter cables. Keep it in the same Maxpedition case as the power brick and you'll be a hero whenever you hear somebody curse their phone 'cause it's out of juice.

DOES NOT WORK!!!! it doesn't have a designated input and output so you cant choose which device GETS charged and which one DOES the charging. my phone was at 2% and no matter what way i switched it around, it would only use MY phone at 2% to CHARGE another phone that was at 98%.... how is that helpful...?

This charger cord is great for my travel needs with the different connector options, eliminating the need for multiple cords. The only downside as mentioned by another review is the cap/cover provided for protecting the connectors when stored. Having the cap/cover attached by a lanyard or something similar would have been a nice feature that is present on the longer XL cord.
