This ice wrap is absolutely amazing!! I was having terrible knee pain, and found out that I have to have a total knee replacement surgery. I originally bought one, and after the first use , I bought 3 more to keep in rotation. They are extremely comfortable, the Velcro straps are soft but sturdy and wrap around as tightly as you need without coming loose. It takes about 4 hours to get to the coldest temperature, but it lasts anywhere from 45-60 minutes. It is large tho, and weighs a little over 2 lbs, so if you have extreme weakness or just recently had surgery it might not be a good idea to walk with it on. However, it is great if you're just relaxing and have your legs up and stretched out, or just sitting. Since I haven't had those issues yet, I can say that mobility is very easy with this wrap on. They are definitely with the money based on the size and effectiveness alone. If you are looking for quality , this will definitely meet all your needs.

This Ice Pack serves a necessary function for post Knee Replacement Surgery. It is well made, flexible enough to fit anyone's knee and works well for repeated applications with relatively quick cooling to help reduce swelling of the knee during recovery and application immediately following therapy that starts right after surgery.

This ice wrap is priced well for what it does. It's thick enough to remain cold for 30 minutes. It was perfect for me to wrap around my knee after recent surgery. It's flexible even when frozen and the size is perfect to wrap completely around the knee. It has been a tremendous help in relieving my surgical knee pain. This ice pack is super durable and I love it so much that I bought a second one! There are no cons about this product and I highly recommend purchasing one.

I really wanted this product to work & it almost did. My needs were to be able to wear it during work at my desk, as a car passenger, or after physical therapy for my total knee replacement, not just sitting/laying down without moving at all. When fully frozen it kept cool for at least 20-30 minutes as is stated in description. A definite plus. It does not cool as well, or enough, over clothes though, which was a primary need. The soft side was nice against skin when I tried it in shorts, the vinyl side, which is cooler, requires you to have something between the pack & your skin to prevent ice burn. I needed the pack to cool the areas around the kneecap & top sides for pain and swelling relief while in pants. It did get colder on the back of the knee & back sides where the straps attach & the pack wraps where there is more gel. My need is on the front areas & the gel is thinner in those areas of the wrap, so I didn't get relief like I hoped. When fully frozen it was not as flexible or moldable as I'd hoped either. It looked more formed on the model. I was not able to get it tight enough to help it stay up when I would need to shift my leg around in my office chair, as I cannot keep my knee in one position too long right now. Product does state that it’s not meant for excessive movement, I didn't realize sitting would be as much of an issue with only leg movement, not walking. The Velcro & straps were secure & the product itself was as described & appears of quality materials. For someone without surgical pain and swelling, I think this product would work well. It was relatively easy to put on, it did hold the cool for the time stated, came with a protective baggie to freeze it in. Instructions were clearly marked on package and on product with freezing time and any warnings, like protecting your skin. I had bought the two-pack in case it worked, so I could swap them out as needed, giving them time to freeze the optimum length of time between uses. Unfortunately, they won’t work for my needs, so I am returning them. I would recommend them to someone who just wants to ice after leg day or someone who has ACL/MCL issues as this is where the gel seemed to concentrate for me.

The ice pack is easy to freeze and I like that it comes with a bag that has the instructions/timing printed on it so you can't lose them. It's a good size and still fits around a knee swollen from surgery. The compression and coldness have been helpful for after physical therapy. The actual therapist's office has a fancier version (akin to what you see for $200-$300 on Amazon), but this is a good budget option that still gets the job done.

These are exactly what i needed !! Perfect for my total knee replacement again... i do know what i need and these will be perfect !!An ice machine is nice but it's a little too much to lug around.I bought the 2 pack so as 1 is being used the other can get nice and cold, ready to go !!Keeping the pain to a minimum is extremely important to make life comfortable after this surgery, and these will definitely do the trick.3rd time is a charm, so i'm praying that's true !!The gel is awesome for conforming to the massive bandages, and the coldness of the gel gets through the outter layer which is A+ when it comes to this type of surgery which helps the pain calm down quickly. The material lasts a very long time as long as nobody puts a hole in it.They are great, excellent for anything needed to be cooled down and easy to use, excellent product.Great seller too, these got here super fast !! Works really well for pain relief after knee surgery. I keep a small insulated bag on the bed to store it in to keep it cold longer before putting it back in the freezer. Like the soft material side or the regular side if you want a colder wrap. The Velcro straps keeps it secured on your knee for the 15-20 minute session. The size seems to fit even a smaller knee securely. The material used for this is a good , durable quality. Glad I bought it. Much better than a regular ice pack which can be messy.
