Fixed pole saw that had come apart
My husband was working to cut down a tree branch that had fallen over the road and was caught in other trees along the road. His pole saw worked well, but came apart while he was working. He thought he’d have to buy a new one, but found the Loctite that I had ordered for him. He used that and now the pole saw works like a charm.

Great Adhesive, Wish There Was a Cap
Easy to use, presents well, use it to hold knife scales in place. I just wish there was a cap, I have to use plastic wrap to make sure it doesn't spill out all over the place.

Can’t be beat
Ever break a ceramic piece and try to repair it with glue? Most of us have, unsuccessfully I might add. Loctite has changed that with this new two part epoxy. I recently used it to repair a dog’s ceramic water bowl that was dropped and was now in six pieces. It’s now as good as new. Thanks Loctite for the great product.

May not be suited for stone/rock/cement
Not sure if it was me or the product. But it did not work as described and promised. Perhaps it was because I was attempting to glue a rock back on a wall? Sounded like it was the best product. But beware if gluing stone. May not be your best choice.

The real deal glue
Epoxy is amazing. I glue plastic parts together that take considerable stress and it just holds. I never reach for crazy glue anymore, I go straight to this stuff for almost everything. The 5-10 minute setup is very convenient and about the right amount of time to work with it. The most convent mixing surface I found was a piece of packing tape stuck to my work bench and a little wooden stick to mix. When done I peel the tape off and throw it away with the wood stick.

the the thing was almost useless without a strong repair
I needed something to repair a severely dried and split walking stick that I trimmed from a maple tree years ago but never applied a protective finish. After exposure to the Arizona sun, the the thing was almost useless without a strong repair. After soaking it in a tub of water for a couple of days to close the split I left it tightly clamped in a vice to dry for 48 hrs. then went to work on it with the Loctite. Good stuff and the dual plunger is a big plus because it ensures equal amounts of the resin and hardener. I kept it clamped in the vice, applied two applications of the Loctite and per the directions, allowed a 24 hour hardening period before staining and applying several coats of a spray-on polyurethane finish. Looks like new again and the Loctite is holding well.
