There are no broken zippers, no busted handles, and the wheels still roll smoothly—a true testament to its quality.What really impressed me is how lightweight the luggage is without sacrificing durability. It’s incredibly sturdy and has only picked up a few minor scuff marks after all that travel. The Amazon basic brand of suitcases have really impressed me. They are kind of basic inside. Half is a mesh zipper closure and the other side has the simple stretchy buckle, but they have held up better than our expensive brands to our steady traveling over the last two years. The medium size is great for my preteen daughter to fill for a week long trip. Wheels roll smoothly. Color options are good and help with finding your bag easily in baggage claim. Will continue to buy and use this product!

Definitely cheaper here than I’ve seen elsewhere. Good quality. Drives well. The design is nice and slick. It doesn’t weigh much so it’s pretty easy to move through airports!

Bought this in summer 2019, used fairly often (2-4 trips/month), and I was rough on it, sometimes dragging it through the big city streets. Now it's ready to be put out of its misery and I'll buy another. Over the last few years, zipper tabs snapped, elastic got stretchy, and about a year ago the handle started sticking (I fixed it by taping over holes). Couple of the "hubcaps" came off and the zippers have opened from the wrong end a couple of times. All in all I am very happy given what I paid -- it's light, fits in the overhead, held up well to airline abuse, rolls easily. OK, I could buy a Tumi bag for $500 on sale -- but that would get me enough of these to last me 50 years, and I won't be traveling that long. Very happy, and in fact I'm getting the two-piece set this time.

I love this little carryon, it was well thought out and designed! It was the perfect size if flying on United Airlines Domestic flight, so disregard what others say in the reviews. I like that it had 3 nice size extra pockets, which I stored my under garments, hygiene products and phone/watch chargers in. It was just the right amount of space for a weeks worth of clothes and 1 pair of tennis shoes and a pair of sandals. I did notice a small blemish on the zipper, but I had no problems with it. No foul smells and it rolled through Denver and Chicago airports like a champ. This was only my first trip, so I hope to get many more uses out of it. Amazon make more colors please and continue to perfect it, but also keep it affordable.

The inside straps seem to have ok strength, zippers feel smooth, first impression definitely 10/10, color I pick was what I expected, Great choice

Bought this for my granddaughter first airplane trip alone. she was able to handle this bag by herself with no problem. The inside is set up to handle most normal clothing and shoes. I like the zippered sections and extra pockets inside. I picked a beautiful blue color which was pretty easy to spot on the baggage carousel. Would recommend not only for a great price but also how functional it was. Good quality for about half the going price for luggage.

It's a great design, a perfect carry-on that rolls smoothly and has a lot of space. LOVE that it extended in case you need more space. It would be great if they offered more color options, but you can never go wrong with black.However, I felt like the handles were a bit wobbly for the price; they should make them sturdier.Over all it functioned fine.
