Fit great; foam helps a lot
My original ear gel tore apart, so I had to order replacements in a panic.GREAT -> These come with foam covers, which has made ALL the difference. My 5200 fits better, doesn’t slip, and feels better (since I don’t have to jam it in my ear). I actually thought I needed small instead of medium, but the foam helped with medium fit.The only reasons I gave it 4 stars - 1) the foam washer fell off (these are made a little cheap), 2) the bag had a lot of humidity (ear pieces were sticky), and 3) these aren’t as “puffy” as the genuine ones.

Fits perfectly, best replacement earbud for my Poly Plantronics 5200 voyager
The media could not be loaded. This is an absolute perfect fit for my earpiece, and the small earbuds fit my ears. Medium and large earbuds are too big for my little ears so I’m glad these came in a small size. I wear these with just the rubber earbud part, if I put the foam piece on there, it doesn’t fit in my tiny little Ear comfortably.The earbud notches line up and they pop in just fine. The video is of me putting the new bud into the earpiece. I will have to apologize for my clumsiness, my left hand does not work very well. Other than that it took me less than a minute to put the new one in. It is extremely comfortable and fits me very very very, very, very, very, very very well!Also, the price is great! And I’m glad it came in a three pack because I work for a call center and wear my headset for 9 to 10 hours five days a week so it does get a lot of wear and tear. It’s nice to know I have a back up/spare parts, and I won’t have to search the world over to find the right ones again!

Good but not for me
There is nothing wrong with the earbuds themselves. They arrived on time, appeared to fit together properly and insert into my earbud. But for me, they just weren't comfortable. I think I need a different style.
