Easy replacement to save hundreds in repair bills
The light module in the freezer had been acting up for about a year and finally failed. When that happened the lights in the refrigerator went out as well. Replaced the freezer light and reinstalled the main module I had replaced a few days earlier. Good as new and lights in both sides are as bright as when I bought the refrigerator back in 2015.Appliance repair companies wanted outrageous service/call out fee being doing any diagnosis or repairs plus the cost of parts.Overall, I spent $125 on two light modules, have a spare for the main and saved will over $250 - $300 in appliance repair costs. This is a very simple change out - anyone remotely capable with a flat head screwdriver to pry the modules loose and unplugging and plugging leads can do this.I am 71 and had no problems - if you are unsure go to YouTube - there are lots of how to do it videos on this problem.

Easy to install...hope that it lasts a while
Easy install in my Whirlpool fridge. It took me some playing around to find which light was on it's way out. I eventually had to buy the main light at the top of the fridge to keep all the other lights from strobing, but now everything is all good.

Great value direct replacement, works great. for flickering inside lights.
The price was nice and it is a direct replacement. I priced the same product at whirlpool parts website and they were charging $281.00 for the same part that amazon sold for $71.00.

Works as expected.
It’s a little tricky to figure out where the slots are, but once you do, it’s easy to replace. Just straight plug and play. Fits perfectly.

Easy install and work as advertised. I really really hope I can get 6+ months out of it for $74 that I paid after taxes. It fixed the strobe light issue on both sides of the fridge/freezer. I’ve read other reviews where people claim they last from a week to a month only. Fingers coressed!
