These cards are impeccable. The card stock is water proof plastic and they’ll last a lifetime. They get softer when you shuffle them every day consistently so it’s easy to establish a connection with them. Highly recommend.

The cards were in fine condition, but arrived with the tuck box squashed flat and completely unusable. Shipped in a cardboard envelope.

This deck consists of the traditional four suits (coins, cups, clubs, swords), 2 through 10 plus three labelled royals (knight, queen and king) and a fourth unlabelled “royal” along with an unnumbered 1 / ace card (total 14 cards per suit) plus 22 tarot cards from 0 to 21 (52 suit cards plus 22 tarot = 78 cards). The cards are fortunately much smaller than fortuen telling tarot cards and are therefore much more suitable for card play: only slightly longer than bicycle deck playing cards and about as wide so are relatively comfortable to hold, but maybe just a little bit on the big side for my taste. The one real complaint I have is with the artwork. Certain of the club suit cards are too difficult to distinguish from the corresponding sword suit cards. See photo for details. Numerous times in using this deck in play this has caused temporary confusion or misplays. Of course a careful second glance the differences between the suits is clear, but the artwork of these cards is just way too similar and problematic.

The faces look great but the card backs are not uniform thus making the deck un-usable for serious play. it is possible I received a "fake" because of the poor quality.

Box was damaged and crushed. The box also was too big for the cards inside so there was lots of space in the box so that if any weight was placed on the box it would get squished. The cards are a strange print. I own a lot of tarot decks and I have studied a lot of tarot decks and the numeral style is weird. The cups and coins have arabic numerals on all the pips. Then the wands have roman numerals on the pips. The majors have again arabic numerals 0 to 21. Just a weird choice of numerals. In the marseille style which this deck is based on the pips would roman numeral and the majors roman numeral. But thats not what got printed here. This is an odd duck I would say. Still worth it to have in my case cause I love collecting tarot decks. But it was not worth the price I think. At a $30 price point would be better. For people new to tarot do not buy this because it would be confusing. Also, no booklet or guide book, so you would be totally lost. This deck is for playing the game of tarot. It is just shrink wrapped cards. So this is really a no go for tarot newcomers, only experienced tarot users should consider this deck, or those who play the game of tarot and its variants.
