Work on a Yamaha outboards?

Worked good for my Evinrude and jet skis.

I need the smallest diameter tube (0.18 inch outside diameter)? How can I obtain?

you could try ordering that tube with an adapter to fit over a bigger tube that might work but I don't think they make one specifically for this

Where do the seals and o rings go?

they are extras for when the seals and o rings are worn out they have seals and o rings already installed

can I store oil in it? Is it polyurethane?

On the Directions it says to empty as soon as you vacuum oil out of a system
