ETA: As soon as I notified the seller about the defective product they offered a refund/replacement. After reading so many positive reviews I really think this was a fluke & they made it right very quickly. A+++ for service!I bought this product because of the great reviews I read. Upon arrival the packing was subpar, so it was squished. I hoped the smashed package wouldn't have an effect on the product, and I'm not sure if it did. However, the product itself looks very used. It's heavily scratched and dinged and had finger prints all over it. I tested it in my car and the screen is wonky. It's half faded. Bluetooth pairing doesnt work. I ensured it was not my phone by testing it with some other Bluetooth products I have. The aux feature works OK enough. It really isn't any better quality than my cassette aux that cost me $5 at Big Lots. The included aux cord is a cheapo, so definitely use a better cord. I really don't know what to attribute the defects to- packaging or manufacturer, but either way this is a supreme disappointment.

I've been using FM transmitters for years. My current one works but I was looking for a different design, so I purchased this unit to stream music via cell phone Bluetooth.My impressions:- The transmitter feels flimsy/cheap in your hands.- It has a super tiny ON/OFF switch on the side that is almost impossible to use because you can hardly find it and you need a fingernail to try and slide it to on/off. I'm a female with small hands, most guys would have an even harder time. Since my car's outlets are always on, I need the ON/OFF function.- Using Bluetooth to connect my cell phone and turning up the transmitter's volume all the way, you could still hardly hear and there was static. I had it set to 106.7 which is the same channel I use with my old transmitter. In direct comparison and without changing the volume or channel on the car stereo, the old unit performs much better.- The user interface on this transmitter is in parts poorly translated.Overall, it lacks quality and I'm returning it. Bummer, because I really liked the design.

So far I love most everything about this product! It’s came in quickly, and was exactly what I was expecting. I like that is smaller because it doesn’t look like some awkward bulky item in my car. My only concern is that unfortunately, my car only has one lighter port, so I obviously will put the product into that port. Sadly, the charging port on the device is on the bottom, and my car car does not allow me enough space to move the device to use this port. I wish this could have been placed on the side rather than the tf card slot. Other than that, I absolutely love this product, and will just have to move it if I need to charge my phone...

Charging capability

It's ok. Unit is a little buggy in bluetooth mode. Has trouble repairing after getting back in the vehicle and has rebooted & reset to defaults if you turn the volume up too high? Using note8. Handsfree seems to work ok. Have heard it was a little distant but I have it on the other side of the dash so it gets a pass there.Edit: I had hoped to use this to power a cheap dash cam but it recognizes it as a usb drive and tries to read data instead. That's probably how it's supposed to work but it makes the 2 incompatible for what I was trying to do.

I love this blue tooth device the 1st one i recieved in the mail was broken into 100 peices i emailed them and sent them the picture of the remote and device broken the following week i got a new one didnt even half to mail in my broke one, but it works really well with my car, i love the cute remote i can answer call from my phone with the remote, this device deserves more then 5 stars but my only dislike is that the device is like a iphone dont drop it, put it in your car and leave it..

My dad loves it, easy set up and easy pairing to his 2010 Toyota corrola. He didn’t know there is such thing exist!!!! Due to our recent family phone upgrade, From iPhone 6 to iPhone 8 Plus, the only down side is the headphone. So my dad travel and drive a lot. It is very inconvenient for him not to have headphone and charging at the same time. Bluetooth ear piece requires charging as well- not convenient either! So I thought of getting a transmitter Bluetooth. It works and solve the problem. Awesome gift!
