I normally don't post reviews, but this is the best lunchbox I have ever owned! The quality doesn't feel superb, but I've had it for maybe 6 months and the bag has held up very nicely, and the functionality is great! I love that you can put the gel packs in the sides of the lunchbox and not have them actually touch the food. And the gel packs are unlike any other that I've ever used. I have to be at school sometimes 14+ hours a day, and the gel packs are STILL cold at the end of the day. I can put yogurt in my lunch box at 7 am in the morning, and I can eat it at 4 pm, and it's like I just took it out of the fridge.The only issue that I have had is that one of my gel packs burst the first time I used it, and then another one of mine burst a couple days ago. But their customer support is outstanding! I emailed them yesterday and told them that they had burst and they replied the same day and had complimentary replacement gel packs shipped out this morning. I have nothing bad to say about this company.

Poorly designed. Pouches for freezer bags to small. Carry handles are poorly placed. Performance is borderline acceptable.

This bag really delivers. I work long days (two 9 hour days and two 11 hour days a week) and need to be able to keep lunch and dinner at my desk. This bag keeps food as cold as a refrigerator for well over 11 hours. I went out to a work dinner after a 9 hour day and didn't finish my cut veggies and fruit at lunch that day. I was gone from home about 14 hours and when I got home and removed the leftovers from the bag, they were still very cold. I highly recommend this bag. Its not very big but it can fit quite a lot of items inside it. I can take an entree, yogurt, plastic snack bags full of baby carrots, celery, and cucumbers, as well as a large apple and a bag of grapes and nothing gets crushed. The should strap makes carrying it easier as well.

This is a really cool lunch bag, both literally and figuratively. The lunch bag keeps my son's packed lunch cold for several hours. My son usually puts in quite a bit of food that is perishable. He packs his lunch at 6:30 AM. By 1:00 PM, his food is still cold. I am glad we opted for the larger size, as it is very roomy. It can hold a 16.9 oz. bottle of water, a can of cola, a standard sandwich, a bag of chips, 3 cheese sticks, 4 cookies, and a piece of fresh fruit, like an apple or tangerine. I know this is a lot of food, but my son is a teen and oftentimes he will pack this amount and more. The lunchbag is sturdy and it keeps a lot of food cold. I highly recommend it.

I have tried a number of different coolers to take my lunch in. They were either to small or to big. I have finally found one that is just perfect. I love the idea of not having to figure out how am I going to fit my lunch in the cooler with the ice packs, but with this cooler you have the little pockets on the outside. It looks small but it is the perfect size for a salad and a sandwich. I also am able to fit a couple of oranges and a apple. When I first opened the package I thought oh know this is going to be way to small. It is the perfect size. Really keeps your stuff cool.

This cooler really fits my needs in both size and shape. It also keeps the contents cool for hours at a time using the included gel packs. I like the design of inserting frozen gel packs into the structure of the cooler rather than having them take up space inside.However, after only using the cooler for a week, one of the gel packs busted open and leaked into the cooler and all over me when I pulled it out.Like I stated above, I really liked this cooler and had high hopes for it, but now I'm just disappointed.

After many years of service it was time to part with my tired old lunch bag. When I was searching for a new lunch bag, I am impressed with this lunch bag design which keeps the contents cool without having direct contact with the cold packs. The walls of the lunch bag has a cold pack insert on each wall of the bag (except for the sides with the straps). It does a great job of cooling the food, medicine or other contents for a long period of time. I am very pleased with my purchase.
