To be clear it works, but you must keep the ZX's fork brackets. I removed the ones that came with this unit, also removed the two stock tubes that come with the ZX. I was able to slide the tubes right through without removing handle bars and that whole mess. The brake caliper was the other issue, you will need a spacer/adapter to be able to mount the caliper with this new fork. I called my local bike shop and they had a Shimano spacer 203. The actual one is SHIMANO XTR adapter 180mm Front Post Fork Mount to 203mm. It works great, love the smooth ride and the bike looks much better. The unit is well built, no complaints so far.

I have a Super73 ZX with the stock ridgid fork. Even with the 4" tires it needs a little more cushion. These fill that gap. If your considering putting these on your ZX you need to use your stock headset/clamps. Just disconnect the brake, remove the stock fork legs, and slip these in.You can adjust the front end height by loosening the fork tubes and letting it slide up or down. With the tube's at the highest position the front end sits a couple inches higher and levels out the ride much better than stock which feels like your angled downward.You could use these on the Z-Miami as well but you would need to slide the fork tube's up 2-3 inches to make the bike level.Would definitely recommend the upgrade.

As of August 25th 2024 this fork did not fit in my super 73 s2.In hopes you don’t can save yourself some time. I ordered this to replace the stock shock on my super 73 s2 (no rear suspension) and it did not fit through the fork crown steering tube and handle bar crown. The suspension diameter was bigger

I bought a set in May, fit fine everything worked, they ended up blowing so bought another set and its not the same, the forks are a tad bit bigger. which now will not fit. Also the stock S2 has a tapered center pole, this set is thin. you will need a new headset, here's the one I got CANE CREEK HELLBENDER 70 HEADSET (BLACK) (ZS44/28.6) (EC44/40). this headset will fit a S2.

Cast aluminum broke on me at the wheel nut. Maybe a fluke I bought a new set because I love them. Will see?

Perfect replacement for my Super73 S2 front fork. Almost like for like and so easy to install. Considering the price, you'd be mad to look anywhere else.
