Rely Extra Protection Underwear Adult Pull-Up,... Rely
Perfect for those unexpected bouts of incontinence. Since I have bowel incontinence, I thought these might offer more coverage in the necessary area than the pads, and they do just that. Easy to pull on (as opposed to diapers) and if I pull on a pair of regular panties over the top of them, they snug right up to me so they don't even show when I wear leggings!

These diapers do not work for my husband. They do not hold the urine, it runs down his legs.

Best of the lot
For my 330lb husband. Bought 4 different brands + the ones I use for myself. He says Rely brand are the most comfortable, absorbent & effective.

Good price and good product.
My father uses the pull-ups daily. They have a reasonable price and absorb. My dad suffers from incontinence. I recommend this product.
