A bit sweet but less punchy as one would expect from a Tamarind extract. Medley of flavors are very weak and you have to add a lot to your recipe to get to the desired level. Sort of overwhelming serving size to get the desired taste. It can be used like any other sauce as a dip with snacks, patties, kababs. It gives an appetizing taste and flavor.
