These are great. As others have mentioned they are very comparable to the north shore mega max. They hold a TON. After 2 very large voids and 3 regular, I had no leaks and it probably could’ve held more. Be prepared if you are wearing these out and about in public as they will swell up considerably and there isn’t much you can do to be discreet at this point. Only thing I wish was different about these is the sizing. I ordered the L/XL and these lean more towards the Large. Wish they had just a XL that was slightly bigger because I have pretty big thighs due to years of mountain biking and the padding doesn’t wrap around my bottom end like others do in a XL. My waist is 40 inches. Other than that, they are relatively quiet for being plastic backed and they are extremely absorbent. Tapes hold very well. Price is moderate. All quality incontinence products for adults cost a fortune nowadays and it’s sad.

Trying different brands but this one seems like the winner so far.+ Delivered in unmarked boxes.+ Very high capacity and odor control when applied correctly.+ Has an elastic waistband at front and rear with a large landing zone for the tabs along the front for a perfect fit.+ Wide, strong and super sticky tabs; won’t come loose easily. It takes a surprising amount of effort. They are able to be refastened so long as the landing zone is used.+ Leak guards are very high.+/- Price per garment seems great for the performance given.- No indicator line, but sticking with a predetermined schedule makes this a moot point.

Excellent overnight diaper. Very absorbent, comfortable to wear. Great for overnight if you’re a heavy wetter. Perfect for extended wear during the day. Will easily hold for 6-8 hours depending on how much you wet. Plastic backed, but very quiet. These allow me to sleep all night long without having to get out of bed. Compares to NorthShore Megamax.

High marks for these in durability and comfort.Tabs remained fairly secure throughout multiple fastening and removal cycles, as long as the surfaces remain free of contamination- direct skin contact, barrier cream, powder, etc.The exterior backing is strong and it's quality is noticeable when handling and directly applying the product. I found to be more comfortable (not pokey) in comparison to a virtually identical product from cutesie+u

The Sunkiss adult diapers are a great diaper for dealing with severe urinary incontinence. I ordered these to get by with, while waiting for my regular night-time diapers to arrive as delivery was a week late. This diaper is extremely comfortable. The overall cut of the diaper fits really well over the hips. There is not a bunch of access that hangs down the side. The outer shell is a bit thicker than most adult diapers, but is very comfortable against the skin, and has a little give when fasten snugly. The inner is supper soft and extremely absorbant. It wicks moisture well, but is not completely odor free. Though it has better odor control than most, once you get into the third wetting, there is a slight odor. The adhesive tapes and landing zone work great. love that they make it in pink as opposed to just white. but I would love to see a blue diaper and maybe few other colors. It's nice to have something other than medical diaper white, when using diapers is a medical requirement. If you are on the fence about this diaper give it a try.Update:Amazon did end up getting this diaper in blue. It performs just as well as the pink. I do think the odor control is better. Maybe Sunkiss has updated that part of their diapers? I don't know, but the odor control works a lot better than the last order in pink did. If you are looking for a good adult diaper for night-time needs definitely give these a try.

As a bedwetter, I wear overnight to save my sheets and mattress. These are extremely comfortable to wear. They fit really well, and I had no leaks overnight. As others have said these are highly comparable to the Megamax, and is the reason I ordered them.If you have to wear during the day, be aware that these are not very discreet. They are thick and swell even more once they are wet. They are also plastic backed, so if you are moving around, they will be crinkly. These are both qualities that make them great for overnight use though.Pink would not be my first choice, but it was the only color I could get same day as I ran out of my Megamax before I got my usual monthly order. For those that do like pink, I would say the color does look good if that is important to you. I would like to see more color options like black or maybe red because if I have to wear a diaper to bed I may as well like how they look. There is also no branding on the diaper at all, which I do like.Overall, I think these are great and would definitely order them again (preferably not pink though lol).

These are wonderful! My grandmother can go all night with no leakage and no moisture om her bottom. I would give 10 stars if they were available. These are worth the cost.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased these diapers for my mother, who is wheelchair-bound and only uses them at night. Based on the product description, they seemed like a great fit and in many ways, they are. The absorbency is excellent and holds liquids very well throughout the night.One thing my mom really likes is the fresh, clean scent. It’s not overpowering, just a subtle fragrance that adds to the overall comfort of wearing them.However, the material could be improved. It feels a bit too plastic-like, which can cause irritation between the legs. If the material were softer and more breathable, I’d easily give this product five stars.Also, be sure to pull the diaper all the way up and secure it snugly at the waist. If not fitted properly, it can cause some discomfort. Overall, this is a solid product with great capacity and a pleasant scent, but the exterior material could use an upgrade.
