Impressive Product Upgrade and Stellar Customer Service – A Vendor That Truly Cares!
I originally purchased the Tablet Floor Stand, Adjustable Universal 360-degree Rotatable Metal Tablet Holder with high hopes of using it for hands-free viewing and working with my iPad Pro. The design looked solid, and the adjustability was exactly what I needed. However, my initial experience was a bit disappointing. Initial Product Experience: When I first set it up, I noticed that the stand couldn’t hold the weight of my tablet properly. Despite tightening everything, the arm would slowly droop downward under the weight of the device. It was frustrating, especially since the product description claimed it could support tablets up to 12.9 inches. I ended up returning it, thinking it just wasn’t up to the task. A Surprising and Impressive Follow-Up: To my surprise, shortly after the return, I received an email from the company. They informed me that they had redesigned the base, upgrading it to a 3kg (11 lbs) version to better support heavier devices. I appreciated the follow-up, but what really blew me away was what happened next… They Sent Me the New Version – For Free! Out of nowhere, a new stand showed up at my door. The company had sent me the improved version without me even asking for it. That kind of proactive customer service is incredibly rare these days and speaks volumes about how much this vendor values their customers. The New Version – A Huge Improvement: The upgraded stand is soooooooo much better than the original. The heavier base makes a huge difference — it now holds my iPad Pro securely in place with no sagging or slipping. The 360-degree rotation and adjustable height still work smoothly, and now I can actually use it confidently for video calls, reading, or even drawing. Final Verdict: This experience turned from a minor disappointment into a major win. The product now performs exactly as advertised, and the company’s dedication to improving their product and taking care of their customers is truly commendable. Highly recommended product — and even more so, highly recommended vendor. If you’re on the fence, know that you’re buying from a company that listens, improves, and stands behind what they sell.

Works Great, has helped with neck and hand aches
I got this to hold my Samsung S7+ with a 12.4 in screen. The height of the stand is high enough that I can sit on the couch and adjust the arm to eye level. The stand can reach to around 4ft in height, but this is with the entire arm fully extended and "flat". The foot piece slides easily under the couch and is heavy enough to counteract the weight of the tablet. However, if the tablet is not in line with the foot piece, the stand does tip over and would need to be under a piece of furniture. Due to physics, the only way to fix this is to make the foot even heavier and, therefore, harder to move. The foot has a felt over the entire bottom to protect the floor. I have hardwood floors, and I have observed no scratches from the foot. The pole does wobble a little in the foot, and I have tried to tighten it more, but it just spins as you can not fully tighten it to allow for turning the pole for positioning. The V shaped arm at the top is stiff and held with nuts/bolts and springs. It does allow for loosening or tightening. I have mine tightened done fully due to the size of my tablet and the angle I am using it. The clasp for holding a device clamps down tight to the sides. It does not touch the screen at all and I barely notice it. I do have a complaint about the back of the clasp. It is held onto the stand by tightening down on a metal ball, which does allow for positioning, however it is to smooth and it often allows the tablet to droop, it takes a bit of adjusting to find a position with the back arm that holds the tablet where I want but does not allow the drooping. I do have to add that my tablet is heavy, a smaller device may not have the drooping issue. The entire stand is made of durable metal (not cheap easily bent stuff) but the bearing on the back of the clasp is the one part I wish was made of something with friction. Ended up putting a finger tip from a plastic glove over the ball and it has caused enough friction to stop the drooping. I use this mainly for gaming, but it would work for anything really. Being able to have a stand to hold my tablet while I use it has helped the ache I would get in my hands, arms and neck while trying to hold the tablet up close to eye level or sitting in my lap looking down. There is some assembly needed when first taking it out of the box, but it is very simple and only took a few minutes. I looked over many different stands and this one was the only one that I could find that was able to hold a large tablet, could stand on the floor, was sturdy and made well.

Great nighttime phone or tablet holder. Love using to read and scroll.
So handy! I have a lot of joint pain due to hEDS, among other things, and it’s great to not have to hold my phone, tablet, kindle, or even my switch when I’m using them. I keep mine right next to my bed and use it literally every single day. It’s relatively sturdy, but it does wobble a bit more the heavier the product. That said, it has a nice range of motion and fits a wide variety of products.

Perfect Birthday Gift – Sturdy and Versatile
I bought this SAMHOUSING tablet floor stand as a birthday gift for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. Sturdy Build: The metal construction feels solid and stable. It holds her tablet securely without wobbling. 360° Rotation: She can easily adjust the angle for reading, watching shows, or video calls. The flexibility makes it super convenient. Adjustable Height: Works great whether she’s sitting on the couch, lying in bed, or standing at her desk. Universal Fit: It holds different tablets without issue, so she can use it with both her iPad and Android device. Hands-Free Comfort: She enjoys being able to relax without holding the tablet for long periods—especially useful for binge-watching or following recipes in the kitchen. Overall, this stand turned out to be a thoughtful and practical gift. It’s well-made, easy to use, and adds comfort to everyday tablet use. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable floor stand.

Look no further, if you want one, get this one!
Exceeded expectations and became one of the best budget buys I’ve made in years. Ive bought alot of articulated arm type things, from mic stands, camera arms, phone holders, lamps, ect. And I can honestly say this thing has one of the best arms for the price ive ever used. Its easy to adjust and then once you get it right it stays where you want and never sags. The only slight caveat id warn for, is the shape of the base does mean if you swing the arm too far off out of line, it may tip over. but this was simple to fix by just sitting a slightly weighted object on the base so its less prone to lifting. If your putting this under a low bed or can just sit a nightstand or whatever on it this wont be an issue at all, and even if you arnt any ol’ thing can prevent this from happening so its hardly an issue. Just something to consider as you set it up. Can hold a good few angles and ive ended up using it as not only my bed time tablet holder, but also for taking pics or vids with my phone when I needed a simple tripod type setup.

pretty decent product
I like using this at night when my husband is asleep and doesn't want the TV on. I simply put on my headphones and watch a show on my phone. I have a cover on my phone and i thought this would be a problem, but it holds it perfectly so long as you don't have it on a vertical angle. The only complaint I have is that it squeezes so hard that when I remove my phone, I've gotten pinched and well, that's not fun. It's adjustable too but I always have to be careful with how I have it standing. When it's not perfectly balanced or parallel with the base, it tends to fall on teh ground which is a pain to fix in the middle of the night. Also, the top half never stays secure as much as I twist the knob that tightens it.

not bad
The stand is very convenient and sturdy, and the 360-degree rotation works well for tablets of different sizes. However, the materials seem to wear out quickly — joints and paint show signs of aging after only a few months of use. Good functionality, but durability could be improved.

Sturdy, easy setup stand — perfect for hands-free Kindle or iPad use
I wanted a stand that would let me read on my Kindle without holding it for long stretches. I’ve tried lap desks and propping solutions before, but none were convenient for hands-free reading in bed or on the couch. Assembly was refreshingly simple — it took only a few minutes, and all the pieces fit together without hassle. The stand felt stable right from the start, with no wobbling once tightened. Pros (What I Liked) • Maneuverability: The arm adjusts smoothly and holds its position well, so I can angle the screen exactly where I want it. • Clamp quality: The tablet clamp grips securely without scratching, and it locks my Kindle in snugly. • Versatility: While I bought this for my Kindle, it feels sturdy enough for my iPad too, which makes it more useful than I expected. • Hands-free comfort: Great for long reading sessions without straining my hands or neck 4. Cons (What Could Be Better) So far, I haven’t run into any issues. If anything, the base does take a bit of space, but that’s expected for the stability it provides. 5. Extra Notes / Evidence I’ve used this daily for a couple of weeks, and the joints haven’t loosened. The clamp still holds tight, even after repeated adjustments. Who This is For / Not For • For: Anyone who reads or streams on a tablet/e-reader and wants true hands-free use. • Not for: Very heavy devices (large pro-size tablets with cases might be pushing it).
