Goat Simulator 3 - PlayStation 5

What's not to love about Goat Simulator 3? It's awesome. It's perhaps even more ridiculous than it sounds. I was pleasantly surprised it was not a SIMS style game about raising, feeding, and caring for goats. Instead, it's a raucous mess of a game where you navigate your goat around an small city, butting, bashing and crashing your way to goat superiority over the human inhabitants. The goats and people don't get along, so there's some cartoon'ish violence, just to be clear. The physics are really realistic, and there are numerous challenges for multiplayer mayhem: think Capture the Flag, King of the Mountain, Floor is Lava...filling with lava... You can run split screen with two players, which is fantastic. There are far too few PS5 titles with split screen fun for kids and parents to play together. My 11 year old and I have a great time running amok as Team Goat, trying the challenges and stealing delivery vans to crash into the harbor. Mild violence. Lots of slapstick mayhem, some fun teamwork and zero thought-provoking or educational content. Just the way I like to goat.

This game is absolutely hilarious, you can play with 4 person locally and have hours of family fun

Is this a game with the amazing graphics that will push your skills to the limit? No, but it is a fun and charming game even with its moments of crassness. It’s the right amount of challenging and “head empty” game play. A fever dream of a game that I hope they continue to make more of.

Good game

I giggled as soon as I saw this pop up while I was searching for games for my 10 year old. After reading reviews I thought I’d give it a shot. It was a birthday present and he opened it with friends, they stayed up for hours playing. Entertaining and silly. Even dad will play it. Love that there are some non-violent options for fun gameplay.

All of the exploration and humor of the previous entries, plus some notable additions. The multi-goat gameplay works perfectly and the minigames are a great way to spice things up. The minigames are clearly balanced for larger numbers of players, but they work well even with 2. There are some exploits and tricks for some of the minigames that would make them unreasonable to play in a more serious fashion, but seriousness is largely out of the question anyway. The core story-line, while succinct, is a great addition to the game. Look forward to a thoroughly entertaining boss fight and some insight into the creation of the game.

The game itself is a lot of over the top ridiculousness, doesn't try to be anything other than a fun silly sandbox game. They did improve on the game vs the original goat simulator. The vendor / seller was 5 stars. Game was fairly priced, quick delivery and exactly as advertised
