Hi! Could this also be used when lying face down for ham curls?

Using a tib bar upside down is no issue (you can find plenty of videos of exactly that), the problem with doing hamstring curls with this tool is the resistance. Free weights rely upon gravity to provide resistance, so all exercises using them are mostly vertical movements — all the resistance is towards the Earth. Lying in a prone position and doing hamstring curls requires horizontal resistance for most of the movement. Not only would it be difficult to control, more importantly you wouldn't be getting the necessary resistance for proper hamstring curls. This is why they're typically done either with cables or bands that will provide resistance throughout the entire movement, or with a hinged attachment to a bench that moves the weight into a position where it will be elevated vertically against the force of gravity. This tool just won't provide the resistance needed for proper exercise when doing hamstring curls.
