I've tried a lot of different b supplements before but natural rhythm seems to be the best one I've come across. I also use their magnesium. Very good quality and noticeable results

I like this product, it does smell funky but most B vitamins do, and this one is packed with essential B’s. Take in the morning and helps feel awake and alert

I have had anxiety since a young age which sometimes becomes overwhelming. In the past I took a good B-complex and it helped me get off anxiety meds. I remembered this so decided to give this product a good 2 month trial. I prefer gel capsules instead of hard pills, they are easy to swallow and are good value, lasting 2 months. I think this is going to be my saving grace. It was in the past, and with all the vitamins included in this Blend of B-Complex, I am very excited to find it and get started on my wellness journey.Update: Have ordered more because I’m doing well On these. Have been tapering off a strong ant-anxiety medication with my doctors help. Slowly weaned down to 1/4th of what I used to take. Added magnesium to this B-complex and sleeping soundly. My heart palpitations have calmed down and the mind fog has lifted. I’m more energetic and exercising now instead of clinging to my sofa feeling anxious. Will stick with natural supplements in the future!

I’ve only just started taking this brand, so can’t speak to how it works. But, I’ve been on various b complex for years and I’ve never had one that stinks. This isn’t the normal vitamin smell, it’s more like a trash can with rotten meat, used kitty litter, and hot dog water sitting in the sun for a week, it tastes no better so I take it with a protein shake to disguise the taste. I don’t know why this smells so bad! Unless these turn out to be some miracle vitamin I can’t imagine buying them again because of this disgusting stench that permeates the whole room and lingers on my hand.Also, for those giving negative reviews because it turns urine neon yellow…that’s a totally normal consequence of taking riboflavin/B2. As a water soluble vitamin, your body will take what it needs and void out the rest, making your urine bright. Totally harmless and expected. Updated after taking these for a month: I haven’t had blood tests to check my B levels, but I don’t notice any difference in the way I feel from any other B complex , and the smell and taste makes me anxious! So, I won’t be buying these again. Too bad, I loved that these include inositol and PABA.

Okay, so maybe this is unfair...I have C-PTSD, OCD and GAD. I also have Graves disease. For my graves, I'm on methimazole. For the mental stuff, im also on meds. So I feel pretty lethargic and beat most of the time.I'm on the magnesium from these people, which has helped tremendously.This B-CALMplex however, has me twitchy.The smell *IS* awful, as was mentioned in another review. It's not a deal breaker. I'm going to give it a few days and see if I can adjust to it.I *did* take it on an empty stomach. Dumb, I know.If you have serious mental health issues, talk to your doctor, and be prepared for a ride. 0.o

This product is amazing. I have been taking Natural Rhythm's Magnesium supplement for months for heart palpitations which helps, but since I started this I have seen an even further reduction in palpitations. I have also been on 100mg Zoloft for OCD/anxiety which I think has caused some daytime fatigue/sleepiness, but since starting the B-Calmplex I make it through every day without needing a nap anymore! Thank you Natural Rhythm for fairly priced and effective supplements. My quality of life has greatly improved since taking this and their Magnesium! The bottle says this as well, but I recommend taking it with a meal. I took it a few times on an empty stomach and had a little GI issues, but none whatsoever when taken with food.

I've taken several supplements from Natural Rythm, all of which have been of outstanding quality. I've taken the Triple Calm Magnesium, which works extremely well for anxiety and helping with relaxation. I've taken their Magnesium Taurate, that one is my personal favorite, helps me sleep and helps with my heart arrhythmias. I've just recently started trying the B-CALMplex. Wow, it's amazing, I feel more focused and have better energy while also sleeping better. It also has helped with my heart arrhythmias as well. I'm a very satisfied customer of Natural Rythm!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!!What I received is not fit for human consumption and is completely unacceptable. I am livid. I have bought products from this company before with out issues, but this - this makes me wonder what I've been ingesting all along. When I opened this bottle there was the usual potent smell of riboflavin vitamin B mixed with a NOXIOUS odor, it smelled like something was dying from chemical poisoning. This smell had me worried about the implications of inhaling something like this. This is TOTALLY unacceptable, and extremely concerning that someone might accidentally ingest these rotting pills that smelled as if they were laced with something toxic.This was a VERY scary experience and is just beyond comprehension that a business would have such poor quality control and inspection. This is a perfect example of why vitamins and supplements really need to be regulated by the FDA, this is a consumable product and should be held to that standard. I'm horrified and disgusted and jut pray no one else has received what I did and ingested it unknowingly.I have tried to get a refund but have not been provided with a proper return label, only a "UPS will come get it! If you're not home they'll leave you a label!" - well no one came and no one left my door man a label so thanks, I basically just paid 18.87 for an accidental emetic. Beyond the money, I want to get this freaking bottle back to the company so they can investigate what happened here and prevent it from happening again because this is truly frightening.
