I buy this multivitamins regularly, never had a problem. I feel it boost my energy and knowing that is a good ethical company that uses good ingredients make me feel better and it's better for my body . As a Thyroid patient it is very hard to find a good multivitamin Without Iodine or Iron - top notch .
