Comfy for two-hand usage
16kg is just about right to start with. Coming from heavier dumbbells and bars, a 16 kg kettlebell may seem not much at first, but wait till you do 3–5 sets of 10–12 reps each ;) It also targets wider variety of smaller muscles which aren't engaged at all when doing most of the dumbbell and bar stuff.
