such a huge help when out on cold nights
I bought this for camping and walking my dog on cold nights. so far, 10/10, and it give support to my bad back

Misses didn’t like straight off, only 2 months in, so I’ll give another update in a yr
If I had got this delivered 2 days later when that time hit I would imagine I would have had a better response… but we live and learn, she must enjoy as it’s plugged by her phone charger 😂

By the looks of it, it needs a battery pack to operate it as no where for it to store power without a power bank attached.does not come with any instructions. Crap packaging.

Bluetooth does NOT work
The heat pad will not connect to Bluetooth and overall quite disappointed with this product
Hand wash as needed, do not wring or knead. Fully air dry before use, do not use when wet. During storage, avoid creasing the product by pressing heavy objects against it. Turn off the power before going to bed.
