Forget about pills, I have read and was told by a couple natural paths, that only 10% of pills are absorbed by the body. The taste is tolerable and easy to swallow. It is a good quality. Had to switch to majority liquid supplements bc of intense need for high absorption. This brand was recommended by an influencer on YouTube I follow. I was not disappointed.
