I bought an inexpensive treadmill without all of the options and regretted not being able to walk uphill. So, I bought these. I put them under the front feet and they give me a good uphill climb and they stay in place. I'm so glad I didn't spend more on the treadmill and just got these! It's a great workout.

The mats are durable, non-slip, and provide excellent protection for both my treadmill and the floor. They’re thick enough to absorb impact and reduce noise, which is a huge plus. I love that they come in a pack of 16, so I had plenty of coverage for different equipment. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they’re a bit smaller than I expected, so you might need more mats depending on the size of your equipment. Overall, they’re still a solid choice for anyone looking to protect their floors and reduce vibrations.

These pads are better than described, as they are SUPER dense. We already have a 1/2” padded floor in our home gym, but I noticed all the gym equipment was permanently damaging it…if I ever rearranged the gym, I would have numerous badly damaged spots. These pads prevent any damage! Highly recommend!
