This thing started to cut me before it removed the hair completely. In some areas it got pretty smooth and did a decent job but others it cut a good portion of skin that bled for a decent amount of time and stung for much longer. This product is overall pretty ruff of the skin I’d say and from my experience can’t use it to remove all the hair from an area I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.Edit… I bumped it up to three stars for the fact that overall I wasn’t pleased with the product but the excellent customer service I received from Jenny made up for that a bit. She messaged me thoroughly and kept consistent contact with me until I was satisfied. The company does care for their customers and will try to make it right the best they can if you are not satisfied with the product.

My wife tried this on her arm and leg with skepticism but it actually works. She likes it and is glad that this one showed up from this vendor as the last one got lost in Appling, GA.

Very easy to use. Didn't like the way it felt on my skin.

Doesn’t work to removing hair but it works great to used on pimples, just rub over it and it will smooth it down.

Es un producto fácil de usar, pero es importante que leas las instrucciones primero, ya que yo había visto por Internet que era solo masajear la pierna o el área que necesites depilar y va eliminando el bello, y así lo hice pero esto irritó mi piel y luego vi en las instrucciones que primero debía como abrir los poros de la piel con vapor y luego si pasar la piedra por eso mi primera experiencia no fue tan agradable, por lo mismo espero que a ustedes no les pase lo mismo. De retos llego en las fechas correspondientes y el producto es tal cual a la imagen.

This is such a handy, useful thing, I just love it. I use it around those areas that I always cut with razors, knees, ankles, etc. Or even when I’m just too lazy to shave! I was so happily surprised it works so well.

I have shaved less than k babe in years. This leaves me smooth too. One thing I’ll say is the bikini area is very difficult. But if the hairs are short you can get the top and a bit of the middle. Any bend is hard to get around- but it lightened everything for me (took away some hairs and smoothed the area) which means shaving is less of a pain, less frequent (WAY less frequent), and so every few days only need to shave a tiny bit or leave as is (with much of it gone and soft and unnoticeable). I’ve used this Completely for my legs, but sometimes it can take longer than other times and I’m fairly certain that the hairs need to be short for it to really work. Still, this is a game changer! Life changing. Shaving was really hurting my skin and didn’t help much (red bumps on legs and bikini area)…. But not anymore with this thing. Even when I do shave til be less red or no bumps because this has cleared up so much beforehand!

This product is only good for hair removal on dry lower legs. All other areas are too sensitive to harsh skin effects. I did find that using this item lightly after shaving does lend extra smoothness. Honestly though, I was disappointed in it's intended use. However, I am keeping this item primarily to smooth my heals... works great for that!
