Good standard (non-chargeable) 9 Volt batteries
Bought these by mistake, though they were rechargeables (my bad). But two died in less than 2 years, but then I realized it was the two that were plugged into the charger that died. Trying to charge non-chargeables batteries is I’m sure what killed them. The other 2 are being used as alarm backups and I haven't had any issues with them. Still working for almost 3 years now. Probably just as good as Duracell or Amazon Basics 9v's.

Batteries for smoke detectors
We're using for smoke detectors to last longer than standard batteries. Easy to install. So far good results. Seller stands behind their product.

Superior shelf life, good price.
I don’t need 9 V batteries very much anymore, so I buy lithium 9 V, so they won’t be dead by the time I use them. They have a superior shelf life over alkaline batteries.

Low voltage battery out of the box. Update: Excellent customer support!!
1 battery dead out of the box (see photo). Did not open for a couple months after I bought them, so the return window has closed. They are described as having a 10-year shelf life which is why I purchased them and thought there would be no issue waiting awhile to put them into service. Used as replacement batteries in my smoke detectors. The other 3 batteries seem fine as the smoke detectors are not beeping. Maybe I should remove them and measure just to be on the safe side. If they don't measure to spec, I'll order some from another company.*****Update: Excellent customer support after the return window closed!!***** EBL contacted me and is going to issue a full refund! Updating this review to 5 stars. The low voltage battery may have been an isolated case as the other 3 still seem to be working fine (I haven't measured them as yet as it would require removing them from the smoke detector). If there are issues with them, EBL has already proactively issued the full refund for all 4 batteries. I will give EBL the benefit of the doubt and will continue doing business with them. This is unrelated, but I have purchased several EBL rechargeable batteries and chargers in the past, and all have worked as advertised. Thank you, EBL, for making this right even though the return window was closed.

Good for EMG pickups and pots
My guitar has EMG 81X/60X, which have a much higher current draw than the standard 81/60. It also has several active pots: ABCX, VMC, EXG, VLPF tone... some of which draw as much as the pickups. 4.2mA total draw. I tried to use the 24V mod but it drains a pair of 12V batteries in just 11 hours! So I modded it for 18V with two 9V batteries and got these lithium 9V. I put the first pair in a month ago and I play at least 4 hours a day and they're still going. They all tested ~9.58V out of the box.I'll update this when they run out to tell you exactly how long they last. My config has an uncommonly high current draw (4.2mA), while a set of standard EMGs without any active pots only draws about 0.16mA. So if you're using something like 81/85, 57/66, 81/60, etc, these batteries will probably last a good year. I estimate I'll get about 200-300 hours, which is 2-3 months with me playing 4+ hours a day. A guitar with just 81/85 should get ~7000 hours.
