Works well, installation is slightly a pain if using the bushings + monitor arm.
I installed this on an Dell P2723QE 27" monitor hooked up to an ergotron monitor arm. I like that this was pretty lightweight compared to some other shelfs so was easily supported by the monitor arm. It seems good quality. With my monitor, I had to use the bushings since the vesa mount on the monitor slightly inset on this monitor. The problem with using the bushings is that on the back of your monitor, you have the screw holes on the back of the monitor, then the bushings, then the shelf, and then the monitor arm's vesa mounting bracket to screw in in one go. The bushings easily move around and out of place when you're trying to line everything up and put the screws in at first. To help, I used some painters tape to hold them in place against the monitor and then removed the painters tape as soon as I got the screws loosely in.

Perfect for my needs.
Heavy duty metal stamped construction. Needed to be able adjust my cameras and tired of all my stuff just sitting there ready to fall off. Now everything is attached not moving unless I want to move or adjust. I bought the two ball heads and attached. The lights are simply held in place with some velcro. The monitor is a 27" so if it were any bigger it might not work. Love it.

Curved Monitor works great!
The media could not be loaded. Soooo happy I got this! After looking at some reviews I was skeptical about it working on my curved 27” monitor with a deep recessed back and what spacers it came with, and it’s perfect! Highly recommend getting this product!

Doesn't quite fit Apple Studio Display
It's sturdy and it is an ingenious design. It beautifully solves the problem of mounting a DSLR as your webcam if your monitors are on VESA swing arms. The missing star? As the photo shows, it can't quite mount low enough on my Apple Studio Display because the bottom hits the power cord of the Studio Display. How far too high is it? 1.5". Is having your camera an inch and a half too high a big deal? If you're bothering to upgrade from the Studio Display's built-in cameras to a DSLR, it might be. After this photo was taken, I'm going to remove it and cut off the bottom to make it fit precisely. You might be able to find a shorter ball head which would solve the problem without a hacksaw.

Good mount but lacks security
I got the just the latch on version of this mount. While it provided good support for the camera, there was always the fear of it falling off or knocking off the monitor. This is why we changed to a desk mounted system instead.

Perfect for streamers or just lighting
This is the best mount for anyone that is looking for alternatives to arm mounts for the desk. It offeres reduced clutter and ease with cable management. I like the configuration options of where you want to screw it to your monitor mount along with the top parts of mounts.Build quality is very durable and does add that much weight.I definitely see myself buying these again with my additional monitors.

Convenient Mount for Sony ZV-1 Webcam, but Limited Positioning Options
The HumanCentric DSLR Monitor Mount proved to be a handy solution for mounting my Sony ZV-1 webcam. Its sturdy construction provided a reliable and secure hold for my camera. However, it falls short when it comes to positioning flexibility. While the mount served its purpose well, allowing me to attach my Sony ZV-1 webcam easily, I found its range of adjustable positions somewhat limited. The mount has fixed positions and doesn't offer much room for adjustments or different viewing angles. This restriction can be a downside if you require more flexibility in positioning your camera. To overcome this limitation, I supplemented the mount with a pivoting gimbal screw mount. This additional accessory allowed me to achieve a greater range of camera positions, giving me the versatility I needed for various recording setups. I achieved better camera angles for streaming and zoom calls with the combined HumanCentric DSLR Monitor Mount and the pivoting gimbal screw mount.Overall, the HumanCentric DSLR Monitor Mount is reliable for mounting the Sony ZV-1 webcam. While it may lack the desired flexibility in positioning, it can still serve its purpose effectively. Consider supplementing it with a pivoting gimbal screw mount or similar accessory to unlock a wider range of camera positions. With this combination, you can enhance your recording setup and achieve the desired angles for your content creation needs.

Not worth it
Really expensive for a crappy piece of aluminum and some screws. Not universalized at all, had to drill my own holes because it did not fit my monitor. Also if you don’t have your monitor mounted, it will not work with normal table mount. I was expecting it to come with the DSLR camera mounts/light mounts as it’s in all the pictures and it doesn’t?? Now I have to find a mount to use with this. Thanks for nothing, a 5 year old could fabricate this.
