Works great. Doesn’t make the annoying high pitched hissing noise like my older APC battery backups. Looks good, good software.

The thing is larger in person vs the pictures , about 2 large loafs of bread stacked. Cool green light, have'nt had to use it for the purpose of power outage yet.

My busy season ended April 30th and with my computer crashing I 1st installed this backup two days ago. Yesterday I went onto my computer and a very loud sound began giving me a headache. This backup failed. It's to late to get a refund so I am stuck with this expensive backup generator. I would not recommend this product.

The problem I ran into was that it is apparent that new technology isn't always better. My old APC back up handled everything just fine until the battery got to weak, again. Instead of replacing the battery I decided to purchase a new device. Bigger is better! Not so. I thought 650 watts of power would be great plenty after all a smaller device worked previously. Not in the case with this unit. I didn't realize how much laser printers took, but if you exceed the wattage this unit just flashes immediately, makes a loud continuous beep and shuts down. The noise continues until you hold the power button down for 4 seconds and release. Nowhere in the instructions does it describe what this means not on their web site. I sent it back directly to APC and got a replacement to only find out it does the same thing. Then I finally get some info about trying to deal with laser printers. Basically buy a separate surge device and plug it in by itself. I guess if I wanted to purchase a huge APC device and set it on the floor this make take care of it. Wanted to let you know.

During power outage I got caught in my power recliner and was stuck in chair. Bought this unit so it wouldn’t happen again, and I can plug my Cpap machine into it also, it’s a great relief for a disabled elderly person.

These work great. Have installed ~10 in an area that suffers frequent power outages and haven't had any issues.

amazing product, uing it on my home NAS and modem so we never lose connection to our security feeds during an outage.

Can't go wrong with this unit

I woke up at 2:40am and we had a power outage and the power had been off since 1:20am. All I have connected to it is my computer, monitor and internet (Starlink). I would have expected the computer to still have power for at least 2 full hours but it was off. Not impressed, really. I have only had the unit for 2 mos. UPDATE: I have had the unit since March and it is now Sept and I have been getting the message "UPS Discharging, only 17% power left" when it is still plugged in with no power outage? Is this a defective unit? It is supposed to have a 3 yr warranty.

So far so good. Ran about 40mins with computer drives, starlink and router plugged in no power interruption.
