I purchased this set of pans to replace pans that were past their expiration date. The old pans were starting to get some scratches in the non-stick coating, so it was time for some replacements. My wife and I are big fans of OXO products, and these do not disappoint. The non-stick coating works great and there is very little clean-up. They are well made and should last for years! Thanks OXO!

Americas Test Kitchen rates these nonstick coated pans the best. I have found them so and they last a long time. NEVER use soap to clean...wipe with a paper towel or warm water and the soft side of the sponge...and never in the oven...that's what carbon steel is for. I keep the 8" strictly for eggs...treats them divinely.

Good size. Nice handles. Easy to clean (by hand, not using the dishwasher). Use them every day.

I got these after watching America's Test Kitchen on PBS regarding non stick pans. These were the pans recommended following testing of many brands. Over all I do like them. Their non stick properties are good but not perfect. I use the the large pan daily. I wash them by hand. For the first week fried eggs slide off the pan with no oil, but that slowly changed and now I have to be scoop them out with a silicone spatula and and have to coat the pan with a little oil. Otherwise eggs don't slide out on their own. I almost always have to have some oil coating to keep the pan non stick. I like the pan's size, shape and handles. I wish they came with an option to buy fitting lids since none of my collection of pan lids will fit. I'm not sure how long to expect these to last. I have an electric, glass, flat top range. The large pan has developed a slight distortion in the bottom center and is not perfectly flat. The center is very slightly curved out such that the sides are not making entirely full contact with the pan is somewhat concave. It is very slight but I notice that there is not even heating and some things want to slide around in the pan. That happened almost immediately after I started using it. I have been careful not to shock the hot pan on a cold surface or cool water and have washed it by hand with a soft sponge. The deformity is disappointing but not enough to make me replace it. I also have a set of stainless steel pots and pans and they are easy to use and have flat bottoms, but I have to use oil to prevent sticking. Since I am having to do that with the new non stick pan so soon after purchasing it, I'm thinking that I may not replace the non stick pan when it is no longer usable. This non stick pan was supposed to be the best of the ones tested and considering its cost and that it is a new pan, it is already beginning to disappointment me.

We purchased several sizes and are delighted with everything about them. They cook perfectly, clean up well and look like the quality product they are. With proper use and care, we expect them to serve us well for years to come.

These pans sit flat on our glass stove, handle feels perfect without getting hot, does beautiful job of even cooking. But OXO, please make a glass/clear lid that has a vent hole and will go in the oven to fit your pans as there is there is obviously a market! I bought the 8 and 10 inch sizes. Have started cold start cooking and these pans measure up. My stove is old, but cooked sausage patties as directed on package and the timing was spot on. Very easy to clean! Have emphasized to my dish washer (yes, he does the dishes!) not to use Pam and clean gently. I did find a lid for my 8" that is perfect for this pan from Amazon.

I purchased a set of these in 2019. After daily use, it was time to renew, so I goy a set of these.Two big improvements:1) Far superior non-stick coating to the prior one (and I thought it was easily best on the market at the time).2) They are re-balanced....prior ones were handle heavy.....these are balanced and easier to use.As I see it, if you get 3 years out of any non-stick daily use cookware, you've gotten your money's worth....and these are as good as it gets.

I have this set as well as the 12" pan with lid. Excellent quality, the handle doesn't get too hot even at medium-high heat from a gas range. These can go into a 430-degrees (F) oven.
