Did The Job For Spreading Epoxy
I bought this item for use on my epoxy breakfast bar countertop project. I worked well for spreading out the epoxy without leaving huge trowel tracks. I still used a brush to "tip" (look up "rolling and tipping") the epoxy before it began to cure. But it performed exactly as I'd hoped so I recommend it.

omg so much better!
I actually tried to do my first coat of epoxy with the yellow trowel I got from Total Boat. Let's everyone laugh and point at me! Although in the defense of the Total Boat kit everything else in it is excellent. Except their epoxy yellows like a motherfu..if you don't use it up quickly. .Which is why I ended up getting Stone Coat later, But anyways, yeah you HAVE to get the notched trowel it makes a world of difference. And the chop brushes are nice too. I am here buying more because I didn't clean them off right away. although resin is hard to clean off. BUt at least the chop brushes are affordable and sold separately.
