Xbox One Console 500GB - Matte Black (Renewed)

It was a great present for my grandson

Within the first three to four weeks after the purchase of the console it just stopped working. We figured out it was one of the main cords. A week or two after that that main power box and cord went out. The front of the Xbox has a black tape of sorts covering the front of the console. My son nor myself wanna pull off the tape as we are worried of what may be under that tape that we may need to replace if we do. I will make sure in the future that I do not waste money on refurbished again.

System came very fast and packaged very safely. Very pleased with my Xbox one

It looks good especially for looking like it was made from really cheap plastic and when i hooked it up it had an update and while it was updating it allowed me to set it up through the app and it did show it as a xbox one x so, but the one problem i have is that i got it upside-down and i am pretty sure it was upside-down for through the hole delivery process to my controller was crushed and it doesn't work anymore. But other than it is doing great. (Don't trust FedEx with your deliveries)

works great but this is a refurbished model so there was some light scratches and blemishes on the finish but other than that works just fine

The sent the system with a faulty power supply and a controller that doesn't fully work... And this is after returning the first one for not working... Now I have to buy a new power supply cord and a new controller when the system should have came with ones in working condition Dont waste your time or money just buy new..

Oldest version of the console, so I don't expect much. Really only runs xbox 360 games other games causes overheating issues.
