snapped in half on 2nd beach trip
Only lasted for 2 beach trips. The board was great while it lasted, but the lining started to peel on the first trip and it broke in half after the second trip. For the price I paid, I expected it to last longer than a few days.**update: I contacted Lucky Bums customer service number. Service was great. They replaced the board, free of charge. Very impressed with the customer service. Got my new board in the mail today. I upgraded my 1-star review to a 5-star. They said my board must have been defective.

Seller - Lucky Bums does not honor their warranty
We bought 2 of these boards for 6 & 8 yr. old grandchildren for Xmas. Didnt get to use them until our annual summer vacation. First time in water the blue ones wrist band broke. We rigged that up then the cord actually came off the board. by the 3rd trip in the water bubbles started on the board itself. My granddaughter then had no board. By the end of our two weeks similar problems came up with the other one. The boards were still under warranty but Lucky Bums has refused ALL CONTACT with us and this has not been resolved. Since this is not an amazon product they couldnt help either. Now we are out our boogie boards and any kind of reimbursement. Do not buy from them. We have tried contacting them since July.

works but won't last
I'd like to say I'm a pretty good bodyboarder. I used to have much more expensive brands like Morey, Custom X, and BZ. I just wanted to get back in the water for cheap. This board handles well and can easily catch waves on the outside break, but I've ridden it almost daily for 5 weeks and it is pretty beat up and I didn't even wipeout hard and it has a crease on the slick bottom. I have no idea how it got there as I didn't air drop from any large wave from what I can recall. If you plan to use it every day, it will only last one summer. You will enjoy though I'm sure. I plan on replacing with a Custom X soon since I have the bug again.

Will float full size adult
Good price, good product. Now I confess I do not use them to Boogie Board - Instead they (got two) serve as kick boards to paddle ashore from our small boat when anchored off rocky beaches. I have in the past Boogie Boarded though and these are plenty big enough for a full sized adult to easily catch a good wave.Now if they just made them in the color ORANGE - they would be perfect!!!

Nice quality looking board, only used it once so far but it appears to be well made. No complaints. I should mention that I just started out body boarding and this is my first board. I am sure there are better and more expensive boards out there and if I stick to this sport I'll probably look into more expensive boards but for now this one is perfect for me while I'm learning.

Not very durable
Wanted to rate it a five so badly.My son absolutely loved his board! We encountered a couple problems early on that in my opinion should not have happened. 1- the board bubbles up in the sun 2- the front of the board is coming undone to the point we needed to add flex seal tape to keep it together. The board had only been used for 2 weeks since we purchased it. All I can say is we weren’t so lucky with our Lucky bum board😔

Much better than cheap boards
Used this board on vacation and it's easily the best board I've ever had. I decided to invest a little money in getting a decent board after having two new cheap boards in a row break in half last summer. Worth every penny so far. In addition to feeling light yet solid, I also like having a padded wrist leash with a strong velcro fastening.

Very Disppointed With Quality
I purchased three of these standard boards for my children, ages 8 to 12. Normally I buy the cheap bodyboards at Five Below or Walmart but wanted to invest in something that was better quality this go around considering how much we use bodyboards at the beach on our vacations. Based on my research and positive reviews here on Amazon I decided on these boards. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this purchase. The boards seams came apart at the top of the boards after only 3 days of use at the beach while my kids were bodysurfing. I have just returned the boards for a full refund. I do not recommend anyone waste their money buying these boards based on my experience and the fact that these lasted not even 3 days before they started falling apart. Not worth the price of $42 per board.
