I got this to build out a small tumbling machine. This works great to add a motor to and control speed. Easy to add the wires and small and simple enough to place in a project box. I have no issues with this speed controller.

Great speed controller worked great for my Halloween prop. Would definitely recommend buying well constructed with a switch built in which was the added bonus for me. It does have the board exposed which wasn't a problem for me as I was able to enclose it into a little container but keep that in mind. It is totally exposed and does not have any protection so you will have to mount it either on something that is only going to be used indoors or you will have to make some sort of container for it but definitely happy with it

Worked great used it on a filament rewinder.

This is a nice circuit board and does the job. However it is not as pictured. The one that I got does not have the forward and revers switch. It you read the description carefully it mentions that you might get an older version that does not have the switch but that you can request the newer version. I can not see a way to do that. I don't want to send this unit back because it works and does what I need it to do but it is not what I expected based on the picture. It would have been nice if they would have just sent the one that was shown and described.

I bought two of these at the same time for a small gauge train layout. They each worked for about a day before they gave up the ghost. When turning on, it will go about half way and then the led will start blinking. I'm not running too many amps or volts through it. All connections are secure and correct.

Great little variable voltage controller. Designed as an electric motor speed controller it also works well with 12v heat pads. Didn’t really need the direction control switch with it for the heat pad but would be great if I had used it on a DC motor. Kinda wished the power indicator light was a little more directional but it worked out good enough. Definitely will buy again as needed

Bought this to DIY a model train controller after the transformer in my 80’s vintage one died and direct replacements were insanely expensive. Several solder points needed to be touched up, but works perfectly afterwards. If you’re handy with a soldering iron, this will get the job done. If you need plug-and-play, probably better to look elsewhere.

It works to control my home made ram jet engine

Controller works fine. But is there a way to increase the range of the potentiometer? To go from motor full speed to motor stop, the potentiometer turns only 10 degrees or so. Difficult to adjust speed. Please, help
