Great product that works perfectly.
Got this for my elderly mom. Works great and she doesn't have to find a place to lean her cane on while keeping it close to hand. Plus it gives her a lot of added stability while walking with it. Fits great on the shaft of the cane too. Just be sure you get the proper diameter for your particular needs.

Nice quality, but time will tell. Replaced a broken Hugo Quad Pod base
Nice, rubber seems to be non-skid. Won't know definitively until I use it for a bit (just received).I like that it can be installed with NO TOOLS required.Replaced a Hugo GoAnywhere "quad pod" cane base that broke, lifting the quad part off the ground. I see many others experiencing the same failure.FYI, for those needing to remove the Hugo quad pod base, you need a 5 mm Allan wrench / hex key.Use Kroil penetrating oil (several applications) + time (overnight) to let it help loosen it.

Cane stability when standing by itself.
Overall the cane tip is good at keeping the cane upright when it’s standing by itself, however, it will fall over if brushed against or placed on a surface that is not perfectly flat.

Better than any other I found
My dad has recently started using cane and has worn the tip down quickly. He had to have his cane within reach and in his sight is better (dementia) to make him feel secure.This base is perfect! It is very substantial. The cane stands on its own even on carpet and is a wider base to give more support when he walks. Highly recommend!

Be aware it’s heavier than you think
I broke my ankle and used it on my cane instead of the tip it came with. It was fine, but it was too heavy and I couldn’t get used to it so I went back to the original tip. But I will keep it just in case.
