Bought this for my son for Christmas, too bad it does work. Here is a list of issues:1. Instructions are so small they can not be read2. Instructions are limited to inserting the sim and even then there is no indication of what model your watch is.3. No troubleshooting FAQs at all. So when you get the "Sim error" message there is no way for you to know where the issue is.4. It is almost impossible to program any numbers into it5 Touch screen is infuriating to use

I purchased this watch and a pink one also for my grandchildren for Christmas. These were intended to be used as an emergency contact and for the GPS features. Also purchased the 2-year Asurian insurance plan for each. The watches would somewhat work as long as you were inside the house. These are NOT USER friendly. I had a Verizon employee set these up because we tried and tried. GPS never did work. Reached out to insurance company to place a claim since we were now past our 30 days return policy and they said the watches were under warranty for 1 year so they couldn't do anything. I reached out to the seller several times and no consideration at all. I was even willing to pro-rate the return simply because they do not do what is advertised. The seller "Annie" said to mail it to China for a look. Packaged them up to mail to China and the postal fee was over $100. Can't get the insurance to kick in and the vendor won't help since I'm past my 30 day return. Lesson learned. Do not buy from anyone where a return would be to China. These vendors are taking our money with cheap items. I bought these for some peace of mind with the kids being out and about on their bikes. It's JUNK!

This watch works well. I got it for my 13 year old to use as a phone in an emergency. It can make calls and do texts through the app. It wasn't too hard to set up. Just make sure you order the start up SD card from Speedtalk and get that set up first. Then you will need to update the APN on the watch (I just followed the directions the watch came with on how to do this.) The call quality is clear. The watch even has a flashlight and is able to take and send pictures. We had a Gizmopal through Verizon before and it hardly worked for us. This was much cheaper and works better! I definitely recommend it!

I purchased this watch for my 7 year old son. I was shipped USED watch.... The watch and cord were simply thrown into a little black box with zero protection. There were not any instructions or information with the watch at ALL! Once I figured out how to power on, I found phone numbers already saved into the watch along with photos of a child. I messaged the seller who told me that they did not sell used items that the pictures and phone numbers must have been stock photos that came on the phone. WRONG- I sent a text to those numbers today and they explained that they had previously had a watch and loaded their numbers on the watch and their childs photo but they couldn't ever get the SIM card to work even though they purchased from T Mobile as the instructions say and then sent it back. They thought they had removed everything from the phone before sending. Either way- I paid 100 for this watch that was USED and had someone else's info still on it. Like the previous owner, I spent 2 hours on the phone with T Mobile who assured me the SIM card was activated yet it isn't working with the watch.. I am sending back so if you click buy you may end up with this watch as well. I have already purchased a Verizon Gizmo watch for almost the same price and it worked instantly and was NEW!!!
