Great microscope with multiple lenses
This digital microscope is unique as it comes with multiple lenses, one long distance, another that covers most jobs, and a biological lens to see things up close like dust mites. This microscope stood out as other brands charge nearly double for the different lenses. It has pc sync which it says you can use if you have a 28 inch monitor, but I was able to use it on my 42inch 4k monitor no problem, you just want to use the USB cord & would have to keep the power supply light cord hooked up if you want light(which is a must). The device requires you to click camera on it(7 inch screen), then select usb on the software drop down menu to connect the microscope to their software. Originally I was trying to use the hdmi cable, but that's only if you're using it without a pc.2160p is limited to the sd recording, but if using it on a 4k monitor you can hit the digital zoom button & it will nearly fill up the whole screen.I did have an issue with the device, but the manufacturer quickly addressed the issue for me.Overall its a great digital microscope & it beats the competition as it has 3 different lenses. Software was easy for me to set up, and the device feels very well built & solid with some nice weight & a sturdy base.

Nice, good quality!
I bought this for my coin collection and it works lovely. The magnification is adjustable in many ways making it very nice easy hook up for your PC as well. Lights are bright and adjustable. This makes the viewing ability excellent on your PC along with good photos! I tried a few others before this one and this one is very nice. I’m happy.

Decent resolution- Very easy to use.
This is a fun device. I did expect the image quality to be a bit sharper. There is some obvious noise in the exports. However, im enjoying the size, build quality and features on this. The lights are bright and practical. The remote is very handy and responsive. The menu is easy to use and lenses easy to swap. It may not be ideal for high quality biological or microscopic photography, but it's perfect for jewelers and collectors who want to very closely inspect the quality of an item.

High value for digital microscope. Most likely best value in this price range.
This scope has high-quality optics. The interchangeable lenses are useful. If you are looking at relatively flat objects, even the highest mag lens is good. The images shown are of the "0" in a penny ("2021") and the dots are pigments on a credit card. The display and microscope are plastic but well-made. It has metal thread inserts where it counts. The focus is smoother than most cheap microscopes. It has an adjustable metal stand that is a good value. At high magnification, the stand is not very steady but OK. It works with the Windows camera app as well as the "S-eye" program that you can download from the internet. With the PC connected, you can only get 1920X1080, but it is still decent for most situations. You can save higher resolution pictures on the included memory card and access them from the PC when you reboot it as a "memory device".

Amazing Microscope. Ideal for homeschool tasks and labs.
The media could not be loaded. We needed a microscope for our homeschool (biology labs). We decided to give a try to the Andonstar AD246S-M. So far, it has exceeded our expectations. Includes a nice number of accessories to make it useful for microscopic exploration and magnified observations. We collected a water sample from a nearby pond, and after a couple of days after feeding the cultures (as per the biology lab instructions) we were more than amazed to be able to observe various microscopic microorganisms. We love the big screen, the remote control, and the lighting. It has been a blast studying all the samples under this microscope. So far, very well recommended.

Awesome!
This thing is awesome… I own 4 different microscopes this one is by far the best! I had all 5 of my kids put their fingers under it and needless to say their clean looking hands were so dirty it sent them running to the bathroom to wash and right back to the microscope to inspect again haha. I can’t wait to use it more! It is very sturdy also. The only con with it is it has to be plugged in to work. It is very sturdy and well made. I also appreciated the micro sd card that was included with it! I can’t wait for us to inspect plants and bugs with it. A MUST for homeschool families!

Excellent for microsoldering
This microscope has been a lifesaver with some micro-soldering. Picture is very clear once you have the object in focus. The lights are bright enough, but on some larger boards, you have to move them around a bit. It would be nice if it came with a ring light instead, but not going to knock it for that. The ability to loosen a knob and slide the whole microscope forwards or back is very helpful.Setup is easy, and stores back in the box with some disassembly. Pictures can be transferred by removing the microsd card, or connecting the screen via usb to a computer. The only thing I wish was different was if it had a larger base. Using the microscope with something the size of a motherboard, it will go off the edge and cause the board to go at an angle, throwing the focus off. I may 3d print an extension for it some day. Some people have said the screen doesn't seem sturdy, but I don't really find that to be the case. One other minor annoyance is it takes pictures in 4:3 aspect ratio, but displays at 16:9. So taking a full screen picture isn't possible. Maybe I overlooked a setting though.
