My foot measures 10 1/4in (27cm) in length, 4 3/4in (12cm) in width. Yeah, pretty darn wide. What would be at least a decent size for me?

Dear Ming, I will recommend you to take you +1/2 size from regular size. The shoes are little bit narrow.

i buy the same size with the old shoes from 2014 , 10M but the new is to tight and unconford.what i can do ? i must. return, how does it cost?

I found out they are making this shoe smaller than in years past. I'd return it for a size larger, but be aware that even if it fits the shoe is shorter in height, shorter in length, and less sturdy than years past.

are the insoles removable?

Yes the insoles are removeable, as a matter of fact, when I need new ones I go to CVS and purchase Heavy Duty Dual layer Work insoles... Better then any other and costs only $14...
