After having this unit stop working after a month, I reached out to the seller who worked quickly to resolve any user error and when that was not the issue, they sent me a new one within a day or so.I am hoping this one lasts longer. The most beneficial part of this unit is the size of the tank. it holds enough water to last for several days without refilling.

I have had sooo many units over the years, was never thrilled, until I got this unit ! This is the one ! It's perfect. Defuser and humidifier. Quiet operation. So many options, lighting, time run and scent release(defuser). This machine design and performance is simply perfect. Good quality. Made to last.

The ASAKUKI 2500 ML Essential Oil Diffuser is a fantastic addition to my home. Its large capacity means I can enjoy long hours of soothing aromas without constant refilling, making it perfect for larger spaces. I actually didn't know diffusers were made this large. I was at a family member's home and she had one. Her entire living room, kitchen/dining room smelled so fresh. I immediately "Amazoned" and found one. It's huge. It holds a lot of water and runs for a long time. The buttons are very sensitive to the touch, no difficult knobs to turn or adjust. I can use the lights setting or not. There is a timer, but I just let ours run. Three levels of mist diffusion. Super quiet, I don't hear it at all. I've finally found a diffuser that scents our living space, which is quite large. It's also easy to clean! Very very pleased with this machine and would recommend it without hesitation.

This is by far one of the best products I've purchased in a long time. We are very pleased. The timer, the color changing light, the 3 different mist levels. It was exactly what we were looking for. It makes zero noise. Granted, my husband and I both wear hearing aids, but even with our hearing aids on we hear no noise. The color changing feature is nice. I've seen where some people complained because the power cord is not able to be removed from the machine for cleaning. This is true, but it's really not a big deal unless you place it someplace that it's plugged in behind a heavy piece of furniture. In which case you might want to consider this when considering where you will place the machine. I plan on purchasing another one soon! I highly recommend the purchase and give it an all around 5 🌟 rating!

Product was good, the design is beautiful and it does its function, but unfortunately, after a month is not working anymore. I tried to reach out to customer service, but so far, I have not had any luck finding the option.

Initially it worked quite well. However after a few weeks it started to work only intermittently and then stopped emitting moisture altogether. Disappointed especially in light of all the positive reviews

I really like the large volume of water that lasts so much longer than smaller ones, and the 3 levels of vapor you can choose from. I run it at night in our bedroom with the light off to get more humidity in the room with the furnace running. Great diffuser except that it quit working after 6 months. I've done all the troubleshooting suggestions, tried a different electrical outlet, cleaned it, etc... Contaced the company to see how they will honor the one year warranty. Hopeful.
