Arrived well packaged and protected, easy to construct as a woman on her own. I'm both totally delighted and impressed. Quality and comfort are amazing for the price of the product. You may enjoy a little extra seat padding but at this amazing price you can't expect to have total luxury. Its my little bit of indulgence for me and the grandkids love it. Thank you.

This is hands down the worst purchase I’ve ever made on Amazon. First of all, the delivery was delayed by weeks, with zero communication or updates. When it finally arrived, the courier was unbelievably rude and acted like he was doing me a favor just by showing up. To make matters worse, the item was extremely heavy, and the courier refused to help at all—just dumped it and left, leaving me to struggle with it on my own.Now to the product itself – and I use the word “product” loosely, because what I received is more like a pile of garbage. The quality is atrocious. The so-called "swinging" egg chair doesn't even swing – it just scrapes and bumps against the frame because it's poorly designed and is too close to the frame. The frame is not stable, the chair itself arrived damaged with broken parts and the cushion was stained, dirty, and didn’t even have a cover. It looked like it had already been used and returned by someone else.I reached out to customer service the SAME DAY it arrived, per their own return policy, and they still refused to help me. No return, no refund, and no accountability. Completely unacceptable and totally against what they claim in their policy.Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY THIS. Total waste of time, money, and energy.

I've wanted one of these chairs for over 30 years. And I'm so glad I bought this one. It's easy to assemble and looks absolutely amazing. The cushions are really comfortable and perfect for snuggling up in with a good book. Everyone who comes in compliments my new chair. Highly recommended!

My egg chair has arrived. After unpacking it all found there's no instructions on whether two bolts go in the bottom pole (silver bolts) and black bolt goes in the middle were the two polesl fit together. So don't know it will be safe or not. As it feels with a bit of wind it will tip very easily. There's also No cushion cover, cushion itself is very poor quality and will flatten very quickly when sat on. It's a nice looking chair, however time will tell on safety and worth the money. So can anyone help with what bolts go were please, I can at least feel safe enough to try it out properly.

As soon as it arrived I had to put it together it was so easy and my granddaughter loves itCan’t get her off it lol

not bad for price and swing chain itself seems pretty good but the cushions are poor. Having said that its no drama to change

Following (which I haven’t had any response from) I thought I would give it a go anyway.My partner sat in it and spun around to talk to me and the whole thing ended on the floor, her included although it seemed quite funny at the time, she is now covered in bruises. Deffo the worst item I have bought from Amazon. I had to put at least 1star before I could submit this

Having ordered from another seller and the item not arrive, I was wary! However this seller communicated well, contacting me when the colour I chose was out of stock and advising on alternatives. However the item arrived out of the blue today with no update from the seller or FedEx and they did not ask for a signature.On first glance I agree with other reviewers about the quality of the outer rim of the actual chair as it appears to be tape. Additionally no instructions were provided and there were additional screws which caused confusion. Also the cushion is pretty thin and a load of feathers came out when removing it from the bag!I am relieved I finally have an egg chair, but do think it could be a better experience for the buyer. I am not expecting this item will last a lifetime.
