Works perfectly. I connected both an ethernet cable and an HDD to my Mi Box S streamer and it is working flawlessly.I initially tried some cheap HUB and the difference is noticeable.

Upon receipt, this did APPEAR to be a quality product. Unfortunately, I could not get the Ethernet port to work on my particular MacBook Pro 15 on High Sierra (10.13.6), so I returned it via a request on Amazon's site. I doubt that there was anything wrong with the product itself, but more likely an issue with my particular setup.I could NOT get the Ethernet to connect, though I can connect with my docking station's Ethernet. And although the 3 USB3 ports DID seem work properly, they would unexpectedly and repeatedly go offline. After numerous alert messages that the drive(s) had disconnected. If a drive goes offline while in the process of a "write", there is a very good chance of losing the entire dataset, requiring a reformat. My external drives are typically 4TB or 2TB and I simply cannot afford to lose that kind of data. As such, I decided not to debug the issue, but simply return the product instead.I already have a docking station with 1 Ethernet port, 1 FireWire 800 port, 5 USB3 ports, 1 HDMI port, and 2 Thunderbolt2 ports. This device connects via Thunderbolt and works perfectly for ALL ports. I was hoping to find a smaller solution (mainly for Ethernet) to simply "throw in the bag". This product looked like a good solution.I should mention that BEFORE ordering the product, I posed a question regarding the performance on my hardware/software combination. I received several replies from users that indicated that it DID indeed work as such. Such issues are very dependent upon the specific hardware & software combinations. (Unfortunately, as usual on Amazon, NONE of these replies came from the vendor.)It's incredibly frustrating, though not unusual, for Apple's hardware/software combinations to have unpredictable issues these days. It's likely that this device will work perfectly in most situations. For my purposes, I suspect I might be better off with a Thunderbolt2 to Ethernet adapter.For reference, my hardware/OS setup: MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012) Model: MacBookPro10,1 Intel Core i7, 2.3 GHz 1 TB SSD, 16GB RAM macOS High Sierra, 10.13.6 (17G65)

Works great! Exactly what I needed for my MacBook Air which is port challenged. It does not have an Ethernet port and only two USB ports. This works wonderfully! Needed it for an Apple laptop.

I bought 3 of these to expand my game consoles for wired controllers and add ethernet. The xbox already had ethernet but the switch and Wii U did not. The ethernet does not work on Switch or Wii U, but the usb ports work.

Buenos días. lo que pasa es que recibí el producto, seguí las instrucciones lo instale y nunca pude conectar el RJ45 ya que no aparece la tarjeta.Luego de un reporte ustedes me enviaron un link para descargar unos drivers, los instale y tampoco funciona,.Los puertos USB están perfectos, pero nunca he podido conectar el cable de red.Esta es la descripción de mi Pc, Windows 10 Home 64-bit, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz, Memory 16GB,Tiene dos meces de comprada.Este es mi pisa papeles favorito.
