They Help
The capsules help with joint pain. I take one in the morning and two in the evening after supper. I have to take them with food for my stomach.

Helps with nerve. damage pain
I've used it for years because of nerve damage in my feet resulting from chemo therapy 18 years ago. It took about 6-8 weeks before I began to notice that the nerve pain had diminished in frequency and severity to a significant degree. It's not a magic bullet. I still have some pain from time to time but at a much reduced level. If you have such a problem check with your primary physician. If he/she is okay with your taking it , give it a try.

Bottle breaks
The bottle slipped out of my hand and shattered all over the counter contaminating the rest of the capsules with glass shards. I prefer glass bottles but these are different than other brands that are more sturdy and don't break easy.
