No perforation makes it hard to tear out. I held the outside cover binding over steam and it pulled right off making it easy for each page to come off yet still holding together. other than that they are perfect.

Great and simple lease form. Only problem getting it out of the booklet with out tearing it. We ended up using a hair dryer to loosen binder glue for an easy pull out. See before and after pictures. Picture with left form pulled out, same picture right form eased out with a few seconds of heat. Would have been 5-star with easy tear out. No big deal.

The reason I get is a two-star cuz it wasn't really what I was looking for

Too complicated a real a state attorney would have problems filing this out

This covers the basics but I would highly recommend creating your own addendum that has specifics.This will not protect you much in court.
