This is a very good shoe for someone else. I bought the shoe for working out, but the fit was too loose for me. I felt my foot slipping in the shoe and knew that lifting with the shoe would be unstable. It is soft enough to be used for running and rigid enough for machine workouts. It is basically a good shoe if it fits good. I usually wear a medium width in other shoes but for this shoe I might need a narrow width. Basically, a good shoe but not for my foot shape.
