Works great and is soooo cute!
SIGNORAWARE Manual Food Processor, Vegetable Chopper -Easy Pull Hand String- Portable Stainless Steel Hand Food Chopper, Cutter, Garlic Mincer, Onion, Veggie, Fruit Chopper, Dicer w/Container (24 oz) ---- Outstanding chopper/dicer!I was looking for something small to dice onions. A friend had one of these and after trying it, I fell in love with how great it worked so I decided to get one for myself. I cut an onion into 4 sections and had it diced in 30 seconds. I'm sure you can use it on other vegetables, but I haven't tried it yet. I love it!

This chopper versus Viniapak; dishwasher tip
I had previously purchased two of the Viniapak choppers (https://a.co/d/5wimiTM) and decided to try this one, as it's a couple bucks cheaper and looks identical, other than color. Well, they are not identical. What are the differences?1. This one is made in India, the Viniapak in China.2. This one seems a little sturdier, for example, the little peg in the bottom of the bowl that functions as an axle is bigger. Don't know yet if the bowl is made of less brittle plastic and will last longer than the Viniapak without cracking.3. The Viniapak's blades are sharper, making chopping a little easier.4. The Viniapak's lid drains better, because it has drain holes. When you wash the lid, even without submerging, you get some water inside, so this is important. This one claims its lid is "leak proof" but water is getting in there somehow, and barely getting out somehow--maybe the hole that the string pulls from.Overall, I give the edge to the Viniapak, for reasons ##3 and 4. When I get another one it will be Viniapak unless I try another brand just for fun. And eventually I will get another, these are terrific little kitchen tools for chopping an onion, mincing garlic or ginger root, etc.Dishwasher tip: lots of reviewers report melting the bowl. I have put this and the Viniapak on the top rack of my dishwasher, and with heated dry turned OFF, haven't had a problem.

Works Perfectly
I had to replace my little chopper as we wore it out. I could not find the same one of course so we chose this cute little one. We have not had the chance to use it much, just once or twice and it is different from the one before it and we need to adjust to the differences. I do like the locking cap when you start using it, it stays put as it should, and the other one kept sliding away. It does not seem to cut as well but like I said we have only used it a couple of times. I did check the blades and they are sharp, the only difference I can see is it does not seem to sit as firmly in place as the other one did. But I do know the instructions tell you how many pulls it takes to get a medium cut, a small cut, and a powdered cut so there is hope. It seems to be quite sturdy otherwise and I believe it is well worth the money in any event. So in my humble opinion it would make a great addition to anyone's kitchen especially if you use fresh vegetables,

Chord tension is very weak. Don't bother.
I hate to review negative comments but this one,I was so very disappointed.I don't know if it's a factory defect or their quality controller did not bother to check the chord tension.I was so happy to get it out of the box. My first impression was It's cute, I love the color. But what is cuteness if I cannot use it. There is no tension so the blade cannot even cut garlic kernels.Thinking of returning it but would probably just throw it.I guess, I get what I paid for, a very good lesson for buying cheaper products. :( :( :(

Not dishwasher safe
Was really nice and worked well before it was put in the dishwasher. Bowl was completely deformed and could not be used anymore since the blades and top don’t fit it. Creating a kitchen tool that is not dishwasher safe is not working nowadays since invariably someone will put it in the dishwasher. Would be nice if they sold just the bowl as a replacement. If anyone knows how to get just the bowl please let me know.

Easy and time saver
Decided to try it out on making potato salad which involves lots of chopping. I was totally amazed how well this little gadget works. I used it to chop the eggs, the onion, and celery, l did however chop the potatoes by hand because this chops things smaller. Potato salad was made in about 15 minutes and in the frig. I've use to make scrambled eggs, this is perfect for salsas, l love it.
