These shakes are 30g of protein which help me during my morning shift job since I don’t eat breakfast or anything until I get home around 2:30 starting at 7:00. They will keep you full enough without any huge hunger pangs or blood sugar dropping. The caramel flavor to me taste like tapioca pudding without the little tapioca pearls. It is also quite sweet even being less sugar. I’m certain you can mix it with coffee or something if you’d like to tone that down and it’d be fine. I drink them on their own and it’s fine just something to consider.

This is my absolute favorite flavor! And its on sale 🙌🏽 the taste is sooo creamy and when chilled its even BETTER! I use one of these premier protein shakes as my creamer for my coffee! The rest of the fluid I add is milk to fill my Starbucks tumbler cup! You HAVE TO TRY THEM!
