Who scratches down there?
Received both chairs. Proceeded to put one together. It looks nice enough, and worth what we paid. Soon as we unwrapped the second chair, and these things are wrapped really well, we noticed that the seat of the chair had scratches and apparent flaws. In order to return, we would have to take apart the first chair, and it’s just not worth it. These things have little hex nuts that are a pain to tighten (more less untighten), and we were already warned by a previous buyer about stripping the screws . There was no option to return just one damaged chair, or I would’ve considered that a good option with a prepaid label. We’ve decided to just put the chair together and cut our losses. Disappointed, but it’s not going to ruin our day !

Perfect Classroom Teacher Chairs
I use these in my classroom for teacher chairs. They are soooo much more comfortable than my rocking chair I used to have, and my students love sitting on them, too.

A little disappointed
Not bad but a little cheaply made for the price. In addition the biggest disappointment is the seat sits on top the pols and after sitting in them only a couple times the top of the pole imprints in the seat and you can see it clear as day.

Cute, and very sturdy!
These chairs work great for the desks that my husband built for our boys! They have been using them for several months and they are holding up great!

Good value
Slightly difficult to assemble, the quality isn't super so the legs on one of them didn't quite fit, but they look great once I got them together, esp for the price

Spunky chairs, funky assembly
The chairs are nice; my only annoyance was with the packaging and assembly. The chairs shipped in a large box without much padding or protection. One chair leg was missing the felt circle on the bottom of a leg, but I was able to remove one of the silly felts covering the seat bolt holes and glue it to the foot. One chair leg and one seat have some black scuffs that don't wipe off. Assembly was straightforward, but took longer than expected; there were some odd angles at the bolt points. Also slightly annoying were the pre-assembled bolts through the cellophaned legs; you can pull the cellophane off all the way up to the bolted base, but you still get a small circle of cellophane stuck around the bolted connection. It's on the underside of the chair and I don't really care, but it shows a lack of workmanship. Overall, the chairs are fairly comfortable and I am happy with them, but I'm deducting a star because assembly was more complicated than it needed to be. (Why are there felts over the holes that require bolts?!)

Keep Trying
I've put furniture together before, but this one; I was about to give up. I just couldn't even put that first round headed screw in, I tried making holes with sharp objects in the stuff covering the place where the screw holes ought to be, nothing...SO eventually I went to Amazon.com where customers who had shared my experience, said remove the covers from the holes. That's it, remove the covers, then insert the screws
