Toddler toy school bus
My grandsons are obsessed with this toy. They love the music. It is very durable and has parts they can move about.

My 2.5 year olds loves this!
My 2.5 year old loves buses and singing wheels on the bus. He finds this bus super fascinating, and it really entertains him. He loves it! I put tape over the speaker so it wouldn’t be so loud. He also figure out how to ‘crank’ it by himself which I thought was really neat.

Quirky little toy that kids will love
First off, the main body of this bus is metal, which gives it a hefty, solid feeling. It’ll probably handle a good bit of playful crashing from little kids. From the windows on up it is plastic, but it still seems sturdy enough. The articulated features include a moving “Stop” sign, an opening hood, and opening doors on the back and one side. These all arrive taped closed, and I see why: the rear door on the one I received doesn’t really stay closed and tends to flop around a bit. The side doors are the biggest concern for me in terms of sturdiness. The mechanism for opening them is a little wonky, and I can imagine frustrated kids ending up breaking them off through force. The pull-back action is pretty strong, and the light and sound features are interesting, if not a little confusing. For some reason, the bus plays “If You’re Happy And You Know It”, and it makes the “blip-blip” sound that most of us recognize as a car alarm being armed at the end. Kids who are into buses will love this, I just don’t know if some of the parts will survive a strong and determined 3-year-old.

Don’t Do it
I bought this for my school bus obsessed son despite all the bad reviews. It broke within 30 minutes after normal play (mirrors on the front and also the sound malfunctions and repeats “please get” over and over until you close the door/lose your mind). We have had it for 2 days and it’s caused many meltdowns as each piece falls off. Very poorly made. It looks cool, that’s about it.
