I swapped out the original insoles in my Allbirds with these VALsole Orthotic Insoles, and I’m really pleased with the difference. They’re more comfortable, and I’m able to walk longer distances with minimal discomfort. I suffer from bunions, and these insoles help ease the pain a bit, making daily activities much more manageable.If you’re looking for supportive, comfortable insoles—especially if you deal with foot pain—these are definitely worth trying!

These are brilliantly supportive insoles. I was a bit apprehensive as they look really thick in the photos. I found that they do take up a lot of room in your shoe so are best worn with shoes that have removable insoles. I can wear them with some shoes that have fixed insoles but its a pretty tight fit. They are great as they transform any shoe - that has the room - into really super supportive footwear. I got them half price and they were a great bargain as they are top quality so I bought a few pairs. They really help with my plantar fasciitisc. They feel odd to start with but you soon get used to them and they end up feeling really comfortable. Highly recommended.

BOught these as part of a group of insoles I bought at the same time to evaluate their effectiveness at helping a painful heel condition I have developed. These are the most expensive of the three groups I bought, being more than double the nearest.. but I have to say they are by far the best performers. Fit perfectly into my walking boots with no adjustment or cutting. The feel of these insoles leads me to believe that I have made a good investment here and that I will have good use out of them.

Very comfortable and durable. However, the comfort is temporary. Useless after 12 weeks.I can't feel any of the support after few weeks. You'd have to keep buying it. Not worthy imo

These fit nicely into my adidas shell toes (superstars) even though Addis known for being a bit small size wise. Size 10 was perfect. I pulled out the Adidas thin insoles and these fit perfectly.Very comfortable and now my long walks to the bus stop are not causing my feet to ache. Highly recommended.

Brilliant, made a world of a difference when inserted in my trainer for running as I have a collapsing arch. Only getting 4 stars as I've only used them once! True to size, and helped relieve pain.

I have rh arthritis, particularly bad in my feet. After an illness I've been trying to increase my walking (7k steps) but its made the joints in my feet very sore. Also have a very high arch so shoes generally are uncomfortable.Took the original insoles out of my extra wide trainers (the original insole is too long), fitted the valsole. Immediately noted it fit the trainers perfectly (unlike the original insoles included with the trainers). Put my feet in the shoes, had to leave the trainers slightly looser but my goodness, it was like my feet were being hugged in cotton wool.The underside of my feet are actually relaxing (I can feel the muscles relaxing) and I went instantly from discomfort even while sitting to comfort. My feet feel like they are glowing lol. Walking using the valsoles feels slighty odd (I can feel the high instep support) but very very comfortable.
